15 of us went to this place on November 26, 2016 and stayed till November 27, 2016 , we had fun , after reading lots of negative review we got scared :( and planned to drop out ï later we managed to take a risk and travelled all the way , trust me what we read through the review was absolutely wrong . if we wanted to talk about food it was good , and rooms was organized well and we saw few people who have come for a day outing and 4 to 5 families with cute kids along :( i donât what went wrong with others but our experience was nice and had fun
Its so close to Bangalore so travel time will be saved , we are planning again ..

We went as group of families along with kids to have a nice day together since we were catching up after long time. The location was best since we were travelling from different places.
The people were courteous including from he time of booking.
The place is almost run down, the lawn is not maintained, the weed is not trimmed, the play ground is not so conducive, the indoor games are almost broken.
Unfortunate for us there was a huge crowd of people who had come for getting drunk.... While they did not mis behave, it was not comfortable for kids to walk around.
Its best to not mention about the welcome drink. - which was given to us after 2 hours - it was an unwelcome drink. I they had given to welcome us, probably we would have just ran away from that place.
Lunch was pathetic. Starting from the gobi to everything else.
Mrs Chandrika had committed that the things would b good, he food quality is nice than the recent feedbacks as they have taken corrective actions.
Luckily all of values our time together than any thing else, hence we did not let the place spoil our time together.
It is best not to go to this place.

They have good facilities for a day stay but Maintenence is worst .The Food is bad . Not worth a stay. Dining looks so horrible even pets are allowed in the kitchen . So u can imagine the hygiene. instead of getting refreshed u may get depressed .

We were 9 guys, traveled from Bangalore. when we entered we thought we have many things to do. Only the rooms were good, there is nothing much to do in the resort, pool was dirty but they cleaned it for us. we had to pay for water bottles. food was very spicy and worst. management was irresponsible. don't go by the pictures of the resorts posted in their web site. its all fake and SCAM

I have never seen this type of management in the resorts one lady i dont know her name she is the g m in the resorts she dont know how to behave and interaction with customers why people will go to resorts to enjoy, privacy, to spend time with family but here we are not able to sit and walk their that much torture they will give torture in the since they ordering to customers dont sit their dont stand their they are treating customers like servants and they dont know to maintain resorts as well as they dont know to manage customer also i am the second time went their to enjoy the day really i dont like her resorts G M behaviour i and my friend waiting for have lunch we ordered food also sitting in the chair and discussing she G M directly told me to you both can go outside and have lunch in some other hotels or you want to sit infront of me and my hotel staff we are not her servant really i am telling please dont go to that resorts horrible people and non maintainence of resorts.
