To escape the everyday routine, I treated myself to a night in this splendid hotel.
Incredibly easy to find, as it is situated less than five minutes away from the Haymarket station. It is also great to explore the city as it will only take you ten minutes to walk to the city centre.
I was greeted by two lovely girls, Justyna and Claudia, who were very helpful and friendly. Going the extra mile for customers means a lot to me, I love when guest are treated well.
The room was incredible. Very well decorated, with a great, comfortable, bed. Food was also lovely, as I ordered a room service.
Breakfast was superb: both savoury and sweet options available, varied fruit juices to choose from and great coffee.
If you are looking for an overnight to escape the routine or a longer trip to explore the city, this hotel is definitely what you are looking for.

Stayed overnight and staff/booking in very good.room decent but a bit dated.bottles of water and coffee/tea in room. Flat screen tv with limited channels. Shower gel,shampoo etc supplied. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast excellent with egg station,bacon,sausage,black pudding,haggis,and all the trimmings!also fresh fruit and yogurt etc.
Egg station chef very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely go back!

I stayed in business with a colleague and on arrival were greeted by a gentleman in a kilt and offered a welcome whisky or sherry - a lovely touch! The rooms were comfortable and spacious although could do with a refresh. The food at the restaurant was good and reason priced. Convenient location for the haymarket tram stop and a brisk walk outside the city attractions.

No complaints.. great location just round the corner from Haymarket train station and within walking distance of the Castle and Princes Street. A great base for exploring the city sights. Our room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel, very comfortable bed, spotless room and bathroom. Customer service was excellent, reception staff extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were able to drop off our suitcases and go explore. They contacted us via text to advise us our room was ready. Upon departure we were able to leave our suitcases after check out and collect on our way to the train station. Nothing was too much trouble.. Nice touches, fudge on reception, fresh fruit too, and free daily newspapers. Bar good, didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Had Scottish treats delivered to our room as a surprise gift - great idea - Iron bru, Scottish fudge, oatcakes and selection of cheeses.. would stay again - one tip though.. toothpaste and toothbrush not supplied with bathroom toiletries as in some hotels.

Stopped here for my MILâs 60th. We had âcompactâ rorooms. No kidding. Couldnât swing a hamster, let alone a cat. Constantly skirting round each other. Clean and comfortable enough though. Bit disappointed that the site was split so we had to go outside in the cold, late at night and early I. The morning for breakfast and to access bar. Reception service was poor. Staff seemed to not k ow what they were doing and made mistakes such as not sending bags over when they said they would and then sending wrong bag over. Also messed up payment charging my MIL twice for one of the rooms. Had no organised system
For checking in/our guests when there was a que so all staff would be faffing with bags leaving no one on the desk meanin wise was getting longer. Breakfast was okay- good selection. Average quality. What youâd expect from a buffet type breakfast. Hotel relatively nice in decor al though a tad tired. Bit overpriced for what you get to be honest. Location was okay but not central.
