I had a lovely short break in this fantastic city. Helpful and welcoming staff and a beautiful clean, spacious and warm room with a king size bed. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed two evenings in the bar and felt very welcome as a solo female traveller. The view over the icy river in the evening was wonderful. I was too busy visiting the excellent museums and walking on the beach (Tram 3) to use the spa but I hope to encourage friends to visit Gdansk and Iâd love to stay again.

the flight is short and like all cheap flights ok.the hotel location excellent as was the breakfast.bars were a bit pricey but rooftop bar great but very small,area around had plent of places to eat and as you are on the waterfront there were plenty of good bars

Stayed for a weekend break in Gdansk. The riverside location is fantastic and the views from the riverside rooms is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The regular (unpaid for wifi) is ok, but can lack bandwidth. The buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful with a good variety. There is a roof-top terrace bar, swimming pool and spa. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom of the king size delux river view room an the 5th floor that we had was a bit disappointing as it did not have a walk in shower. The shower was over the bath, but there was no shower screen or curtain so after showering the floor was wet which can be annoying when you get up later in the night to use the bathroom. Also there was a strong smell of smoke at night on the 5th floor (area of room 520) which came from the outside as people in Poland burn solid fuel for heating in winter. If it were not for these 2 annoyances I would have given a review of "excellent"

Nice hotel, centrally located within easy reach of many sites and local restaurants; the hotel itself has a good restaurant with very helpful staff.The bar on the top floor is good for a relaxing drink and a nice view as well.

Perfect location next to the old town and citycenter, extremely friendly staff. Nice pool/sauna area and great breakfast. We got an upgrade as Hilton Gold members and room was ready for us when arriving early.
