Friendly staff, great location next to Underground stop. Definitely reccomend registering for Hilton Honors membership for best value. Great value for what was paid. Hard to go back to a smaller TV afterwards!

We had planned to stay at a different Hilton location, however chose last minute to stay here as the other location had such poor reviews. So thankful we did.
Our vacation started extremely rocky, as our luggage didnât arrive from the states. Hardly the start we expected for our special trip. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Hiren, who, upon hearing of our misfortune, did everything in his power to make our trip positively memorable again. We arrived far earlier than check-in time, and had no expectations of having a room available. He upgraded us to a different room and offered us access to the executive suite to freshen up since our room would not be available till the afternoon.
After freshening up, we left to tour the city. Once we returned, not only did we find an upgraded room, but also a voucher for a complimentary round of drinks to celebrate my sonâs birthday. The people truly make this hotel special. We look forward to staying here again because of them. The concierge is extremely knowledgeable and has wonderful tour suggestions, as well as bus routes, should you want to be more budget conscious. Every staff member was so friendly, you felt you were coming home at the end of each day.
The accommodations were perfect for the price. Other reviews commented on the size of the rooms and bathrooms being a bit small, however I expect these are in comparison to the newer Hiltons in the states or beyond. As this is a long-established building in an historic city, the accommodations were exactly what I expected. Rooms come with a tea kettle and refrigerator which we used frequently as jet lag left us hungry in the middle of the night.
The location is very convenient to Shepherdâs Bush tube station (Central Line), and the bus picks up just outside the hotel entrance. There are other Hilton locations closer to the city center, however they are receiving poor reviews or costing 50-100 pounds more per night. I canât imagine them being any more accommodating and will certainly stay here again.

Fish cakes were bad and soup was unseasoned... donât get me talking about the desert.i should have went to the mall which was a 5 minute walk. Not at all what I expected expected from
a Hilton. Will think twice about staying here again.

Great hotel nearby central London. My boyfriend and I was staying in a nice room at 7. floor with a great view. Everything was good, staff, breakfast, room, cleaning. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to London.

The hotel was good for both business and pleasure. Located less than 5 minutes from Shepherd Bush train/tube station it was also easy to commute into central London. If you intend to shop, Westfield shopping Centre is less than 5 minutes away and will have what you need and more.
The service checking in was excellent, as was that from the staff at breakfast. My room was small but had everything that was expected. There was unfortunately a tissue on floor in my room, which I think must have dropped from the person cleaning, as I'm they sure they would not have missed it otherwise.
The 24-hour gym has all the main pieces of equipment you would expect from a Hilton hotel. The gym is not large but contains equipment to ensure you are able to have a good workout.
Breakfast was excellent, with a vast selection to cater to the range of guests who stay at the hotel. I would definitely return.
