Stayed here in December on a long layover. The staff are wonderful, attentive, and super police. Hospitality is 1000% here. The doorman Martin was a huge help with not just bags, but also with navigating the area for a quick look at downtown Nairobi. I made a late night request for food which arrived fast and with high quality food. This hotel could use a refresh, but all else was great. I would visit this hotel again.

My brief stay was very pleasant and the staff were efficient and professional. The hotel could use a little updating but overall was a very nice place to stay.
The fact that to complete their survey they "require" your age is ridiculous and unacceptable.....this is 2018. And no, I was not really born in 1900 as I entered.

I stayed for a day, my flight had a day stopover from Geneva and the hotel (room, food, staff) was super good. I enjoyed the Kenyan cuisine. The fact that it's in the city centre makes it super convenient!

Right in the middle of the action. Beauitful older hotel that was better maintained than new hotels. Everyone was super helpful. Upgraded to a suite over looking the city. Thank you!
The location could be more central and was great for walking around downtown during the day. A night, its very congested and it was hard to get an uber as the traffic only flows a ceertain way there. Also a lot of creppy are walking around at night in downtown. The hotel had excellent security.

The Hilton Hotel is one of the older hotels in Nairobi, situated in the heart of the City Centre along Mama Ngina Street. Although the hotel offers good service and accomodation, it is certainly not up to modern standards. It. comes over as a bit old fashioned. However the rooms are excellent and prices very reasonable compared to the many overpriced hotels in Nairobi.
