The hotel itself has been around a couple of years. Rooms are tidy and well kept but on the smaller side. The breakfast is often a bit chaotic but offers a decent selection of dishes. The bar on the top floor could do with a renovation, drinks are good but the decor is a bit dated. The location is great though: right next door to the Osaka Station Umeda with tons of shops, restaurants and bars.

Just checked out of Hilton Osaka with my family. Had a fantastic stay. Great location and excellent staff. Arrived early and was really pleased with the way Mr Sakata at the front desk went out of his way to get us our rooms early so we could rest after a long journey. Good breakfast and plenty of shopping around the area. Recommend this hotel for families as the rooms are large and the beds Super comfortable.

I stayed at the Hilton Osaka for 3 nights. As a Hilton Honours gold member I was upgraded to a corporate room with great views of the city. The hotel is located across the street from the train station and with easy access to the shopping malls. The staff was very friendly and professional and the room was very spacious for Japanese standards. This is also a good base for visiting Kyoto, which is only 15 minutes away by train. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel mainly due to its location, which is very convenient, close to Osaka train station and shopping malls. The 2nd reason is we stayed at the Hilton Tokyo in the past few times and had great experience. However, this hotel is not as great as the Tokyo one. Walls are so thin, you can hear door opened and closed, conversations next room, even the phone rang at night.

Hilton Osaka is a few minutes walk from a major train station and is surrounded by entertainment/activities in the Umeda area.
The hotel has a restaurant on its highest floor. Highly recommended to everyone to visit here and see the remarkable view at night.
