Excellent friendly hotel new refurbished steam and sauna .Staff are always pleasant and go the extra mile . Loved the hot cookies on arrival. Many thanks to Louise Murphy for added treats . Dinner was particularly delicious that evening

This hotel was very welcoming and the staff most helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Also located within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Scotland.

Very clean, well maintained hotel. The food in the restaurant, though expensive, is lovely and the breakfast food is good quality and plentiful. The swimming pool is nice although an adult must be physically in the pool with anyone under age 16 at all times, even if the child can swim, which is most unusual. The hotel lacks atmosphere but for a short, well priced break, it is ideal.

say this deal on Wocher which included free bottle of Proscecco evening meal and breakfast included so booked two separate nights as the deal was only for one night, on arrival checked with reception about the deal she said no only one bottle was agreed which was correct but i showed her the two deals we had paid for she checked it and agreed i was right and she would deal with it, unfortunately we were only supplied with the one bottle one the first night but not the second felt very cheated it was their deal to get business and did not carry it out.

Great hotel enjoyed it immensely especially having the spa attached.
Service was excellent on arrival and departure.
Meal was really nice and good value.
Car park was free and lots of space.
Didn't have quite the internet access I was hoping for though.
