Hotel is very basic if you wan air conditioning it extra staff are friendly enough and helpful but there are only fridges in certain rooms we enjoyed our holiday but don't think we will be going Back there even though it is in a prime spot

Good location few bars and restaurants on the door step addaquate room no kettle fridge for hire 100 repuee a day cleaned every day to high standard no complaints nice staff no restaurant on site or bar they have a pool which is nice standard hotel for goa no frills but great for what we paid

The welcome we had as a party of 4 was excellent and the local people were lovely and friendly and the shop owners were not "pushy" as in some holiday resorts in other countries
What an eye opener - but the biggest problem that the holiday makers and local people had was finance - the Indian government were making changes regarding Rupees - and the exchange rate was way below the government stated. Brilliant place - be back again 2017

Upon arriving at the Holiday Beach Resort i found it welcoming and clean.Our first 4 days were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, It was with great distress that i found money had disappeared for my purse locked in a safety deposit box. I informed Mrs De Souza the owner and she re embursed me the stolen cash and some of my holiday remittance, The security measures in the hotel have now been updated with CCTV in the strong room and all future hoilday makers will be advised by the hotel to put their own locks on the safety deposit boxes.
I have no anger or disappointments with the hotel as we have now settled in full.

The only hotel in Goa I will like to suggest everyone not to visit. Horrible place with horrible environment. And a horrible lady who is running this property will make your holiday XXXX. If you booked also please don't give advance else you will loose your hard earned money
