Canât find a word to describe how bad the food is.
I never leave feedback so be warned stay well clear of the food.
Breakfast 20 Euro for 2, continental 10 Euro for 2
Dinner 15 Euro per person just wish I took a picture of the food the waiter knew it was poor and was embarrassed when taking payment.

Booked this hotel last minute. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach which is Lovely. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had breakfast once and it was fine, continental style breakfast. Cannot fault the hotel & staff. It was out if season so we found it difficult to find restaurants to eat but there seemed to be many there that were closed so I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue in the summer. Alicante city is only a short taxi drive away with many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for a short break.

The hotel is supposed to be a five star hotel. It is definitely not! Worn down and shabby, the breakfast is boring and the staff is completely clueless. Asked them to restart the router and they had NO clue!

We appreciate that this hotel is moving to a different chain of hotels in early 2018 but felt that the attitude of the staff and the overall appearance of the hotel was lacking. We have visited this hotel once a year for the last 4 years.

I recommend you this hotel because I saw every day the staff happy,doing his job with pleasure.If youâre speaking English language itâs easy to receive best information from the reception and from the restaurant.nice and clean Hotel,well done to all the staff,thank you.
