From the moment we check in, we were warmly welcomed - Very friendly and obliging staff. The hotel is very clean and room is the right size. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I didnât hear any noise so I had a very quiet night. I will definitely come back to this place again. Thank you

Nothing was to much - from the check in to the check out - staff was friendly- a very clean hotel. Ian is a asset to the Hotel. Rooms was large and clean. Free parking and complimentary Breakfast was great. Thank you HIEX Hamilton for a great Hospitality.

nice clean well situated hotel very friendly staff arrived early not a problem room was ready so allowed us in
only issue was car parking had to park in the retail center car park arrived xmas eve and the shops were packed

We stayed here to break our long journey up to Perth & Kinross, and what a find! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and âat homeâ. A warm and genuinely given welcome greeted us in a spotless reception area. Parking was explained and we were allocated our preferred âend of corridorâ room from our booking form. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean, and we had a peaceful nightâs sleep. Breakfast was served in a spotlessly clean restaurant area, and is such good value, being included in the rate. I so much prefer breakfast that has fewer items that are of extremely high quality. Coffee was excellent. One lady working alone kept the place beautifully clean and tidy.
Best budget hotel weâve stayed in by a country mile. Well done to the manager and her/his team. A faultless performance.

We always choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hamilton when we visit our family there. The staff are so welcoming and friendly I donât believe that you could get better service anywhere. The rooms are clean and well designed. Even although the hotel is positioned on a busy junction we found the room quiet. The breakfast is still very good with hot items being replaced frequently. Not only is this hotel great value it has the most helpful and pleasant staff who do everything to make your stay enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend it.
