The service we have received was outstanding! Thank you Antonio for all the trouble you have taken on our behalf.
The rooms were clean, tidy and quiet. Most of all, the
âAccessible roomâ was indeed accessible.
The breakfast was of high standard, with a member of staff keeping everything topped up and clean.
An absolute pleasure to have stayed there!

Although very familiar with the area I didn't realise this hotel was so close to the QE bridge. What a good position and not noisey at all. We have just returned to Suffolk after an overnight stay whilst seeing friends and family. The hotel was very clean, the room lovely, beds exceptional and the breakfast also good. The staff were very friendly and attentive - our stay was very pleasing and I would certainly stay here again as we are often seeing our friends and family.

This is a good business option that even opens its restaurant for dinner! The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Some of the rooms facing the motorway have a nice view to the bridge but donât
worry they are all quiet and comfortable with double windows. I was very pleased with their pub type dinner menu and their breakfast. If location matters to you this is a great and convenient option. The hotel staff is very nice and kind. My dinner which included a burger ð onion rings, fries ð salad ð¥ and wine was very decent.

We visited here again and got yet another beautiful clean room. Comfy beds and very helpful staff. Breakfast was brilliant as always. Can't wait to return again. We use this hotel as a base to travel into London for sight seeing and shopping. Really handy for lakeside and bluewater shopping

I have stayed here a few times on business and always enjoy my stay. It's easy to get to from the M25 and has plenty of parking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all amenities that you'd expect. There is a bar downstairs and a small restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is also included in the price. Great value for money and very comfortable.
