all are excellent, breakfast so many variant for 3 star, smart hotel with modern design, Near with simpang lima, very close to Mall and cuisine corner, Fitness are completed with secure lock, Vending machine and Laundry self service open 24 hours

I was staying here for a night with my friends. Overall was good. The breakfast is good also. The room is good and the bed is also comfortable. But the wi-fi was always disconnect whenever my phone locked. And I need to sign-in again and again. But overall is good. The service was good also. But no pool we regret that :(

Book hotel for a family wedding in Jepara, the only IHG hotel that available in this area, check-in is fast n easy, have a small chat with staff, welcome as elite guests, thank you for all the hospitality, keep it up, will be back for sure, :D

Really very impressive! This 3 stars hotel is very neat and clean, well managed, although according the front desk staff already operating since around 4 years ago.
Location wise is very stategic, since in walk distance to the center of the city. Easily to find food, shoping center and theater.
Room still looks new and clean, including the bathroom. Design is minimalize/simple, and cozy. Breakfast food not many choice, but surprising the taste is not bad.
Unfortunately there is no swimming pool, and the restaurant room is too small.

Our first choice hotel was fully booked and Holiday Inn Express was our second choice. Located near the Simpang Lima Park, this hotel was a happy surprise.
From the very friendly and helpful staff (front desk, parking area, breakfast area) to the nice room we were quite pleased with our choice of hotel.
Our room was a corner room with 1 1/4 entire wall of glass which provided an excellent view of the city and the busy street below. The room was simply decorated, very clean and comfortable. The large bed was firm and comfortable, with good linens, although the pillows were too soft for my taste. The room had a flat screen TV, refrigerator, safe, desk and desk chair as well as a comfortable chair. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower.
The free breakfast was a bit chaotic, with many people jostling to get food and children running underfoot without supervision. The food itself was OK but for us vegans/vegetarians there was not much to eat other than fruit and white bread. We discovered that not too far from the hotel within walking distance was the Eastman Coffee Bistro where we were able to get some great coffee and tea and some granola bowls.
Walking in Semarang (and other cities in Indonesia) is quite difficult with all the traffic. Sidewalks are often non-existent or in very poor repair. Crossing the intersections is nearly impossible. Taxis are relatively inexpensive and will take you where you need to go. There were usually two or three taxis parked across the street from the hotel.
If you are staying at this hotel on a Sunday, know that every other Sunday from 6 AM to 9 AM is "car free" on the Simpang Lima roundabout. No vehicles are allowed on the streets around the park, including the street where the Holiday Inn is located. People exercise right on the street, dance and do Zumba, ride their bikes, walk with their children, ride inside elaborately decorated tricycles, and more. It is a lot of fun to experience.
