After hearing our ferry in Fishguard was cancelled for 2 days we booked Holiday Inn. We had driven up from West Sussex . Well worth it as well . The staff in the morning for breakfast were so friendly. Canât praise the cleanliness & value for money . We will return. Only thing I will say is showers need updating. Otherwise perfect . Thank you to all the staff working on Wednesday 3rd January in the morning & thank you for letting us have a later checkout as we arrived late & shattered from driving .

we enjoyed seven nights in the Holiday Express Swansea East for our Christmas break We can not fault it. The staff was very polite, welcoming, A good selection of breakfast to choose from, Rooms was very clean and the housekeepers supplied us with fresh clean towels and supplied us with coffee/tea/milk/ sugars at each cleaning of our room.We normally go self catering and hire cottages This year we decided to try the H E I and certainly enjoyed our stay, Will certainly be returning for this years Christmas break .

We had to start early for work on a weekend but the manager arranged to open up the breakfast area for us an hour earlier! Fantastic staff, well presented hotel and very clean.
Will stay again when in the area.
There is a harvester pub opposite but food there was very average

The hotel is modern and clean, and the team were welcoming. The room also had everything I needed including and iron etc. Breakfast was fine.... it would have been good to have a better quality coffee but Overall it met expectations.

Stayed for one night on business. Mainly used it to add points onto the loyalty card.
Location is good, just off the motorway.
Check in was good all nice and polite.
Room was cold so had to ask for an extra heater, tv remote was missing and the one I collected from reception did not work either.
I did not eat here in the evening I used the Harvester next door.
Breakfast was included and was ok.
