Was extremely satisfied with everything during my visit. the management, staff, food, rooms everything was just great. Would really love to visit again and spend more time. the rooms are amazing and so clean

The room was very clean and had trouser press, good shower over a bath,nice clean bathroom. Bed large and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the room was very hot and although there was a thermostat the cold air did not work very well.

The bathroom layout was daft, to use the lavatory you need to sit at 90 degrees.
Flashing neon lights on opposite building like trying to sleep in a disco.
Curtains in bedroom hanging and shredded.
Arm on chair broken and hanging off
A disgrace of a hotel. Avoid Avoid at all costs, pay a little more and stay at the Raddison Blu about 10 minutes up the road.

Good location in beautiful Lisbon. One third the price of Paris and London hotels. Clean rooms and nice bar restaurant. Lisbon is wonderful exciting city with restaurants/hotels etc. that are less than half the price of other European capitals. Hotel is close to airport and Metro station is a 5 minute walk. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Cabs always available and they are also inexpensive. You can't go wrong.

We stayed here four nights on the recommendation of a colleague and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a fair walk from the city centre but it is not far from the metro and taxis in Lisbon are very cheap. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a big bed, desk, and table, and a spotlessly clean bathroom with tub. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative was the incredibly crowded breakfast room, so that items ran out faster than they could be replenished (including the coffee automat).
