At no time were we warned, neither at any point was there information published that we could possibly be kept awake until the early hours with loud banging music.
Totally unacceptable for my young son to be kept awake until the early hours. The offer of a free coffee in the morning was less than impressive.
Be aware if you have children or want to get to sleep at a reasonable time.

One of only a few decent hotels in the area.
The restaurant is on the ground floor adjacent to an open planned bar - there was a big company group here and unfortunately the noise was simply too much to the point we struggled to chat over dinner!
The food menu was simple and the quality excellent even if the service was a little slow. Food prices were reasonable for a hotel whereas the bar prices were in my opinion far too high especially for non alcoholic!
The hotel does offer free parking, but it's behind a small industrial building - It's isolated and the ladies might feel at risk.
Overall a pleasant experience with a friendly staff.

This hotel is about 1.5 mile from Kingston even though it has a Kingston address. Nice hotel the rooms are comfortable and the bar is modern. TV has standard free view channels but no options to watch sky sports. The gym is really small and would be full with a couple of people in it. The food is fairly expensive but acceptable. Last time I stopped here the chef was superb but he has obviously moved on. Plenty of places to eat in Surbiton 1 mile or Kingston 1.5 miles.

Business trip upgraded to exec room mini bar , food and service was really good , forgot toothpaste and they said they could provide on the â if you forget anything listâ, however after a late night rummage around no toothpaste available, thank you my lovely colleague for coming to the rescue

2.- Far from public transport
3.- Horrible Wifi
4.- Rude Staff
5.- Noise in the Room (Event Running)
6.- Breakfast with no varity at all
7.- A lot of better option in London
8.- If you can avoid to stay here
