Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel was very busy but staff at check in were friendly and helpful. I had booked 1 executive room and 1 standard room but we were given both rooms on executive floor which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are small but functional and clean. Bathroom was very small with the shower above the bath tub. Free snacks in Executive room was a packet of Tyrell popcorn, a mars bar an apple and 2 waters.
The parking is exorbitant. £40 a night. We booked a parking through the JustPark app and paid £18 pounds a few minutes walk away.
The location is great. Walking distance to Oxford Street,Soho and Regents Park.
Will definitely stay here again.

Don't be put off by the outside of the building, the inside is much better!
We had a twin room with everything you needed. Only downside is the bathroom, it was so small you had to squeeze yourself down the side of the toilet to close the door.
Bed were comfy, actually able to open the windows and no noise disturbance all night.
Got a free late check out till 2pm due to being an IHG member - we slept through breakfast so can't comment on that.
Had 24 hour room service after getting in at 4.30am ish. Not a great selection but the sandwiches we chose were lovely!
Left the cases with the concierge after checking out as our train wasn't till late afternoon.
Location is great, a close as we could get for what we were willing to spend. Tube stations within 4-7min walk, Sainsburys Local a few hundred metres away. Oxford Street about a 15min walk.

Quite large rooms and has no bad smell, comfortable, affordable price. Perfect location - 500 mettres from Oxford Circus, but street is quite with some cozy restaurants close-by. For lunch I reccomend to go some 300 m to the Fitzroy street .

I stayed here for 1 night for a work training visit in London . It was the staff that made this a very enjoyable stay . The reception staff were very helpful and prompt when I asked for anything . The housekeeping staff were very very nice as well and when I rang to tell them I forgot my toothbrush , they quickly brought one up to me free of charge . Also when I asked for breakfast in my room there was only a 3 pound charge! Great value . I will definitely be back!

Booked through Hotels.com and was charged a different rate for most nights of the 7 night stay, which I thought a bit strange. Cost was around £1100 for the week.
I decided to pay for breakfast each day in advance as it was cheaper that way. It was a risk but I was extremely glad I did as the food was excellent quality and well worth the cost of just over £6 each per day.
My son and I stayed in a twin room and on the booking form I asked for a quiet room away from the lifts and at the end of a corridor if possible - to avoid as much noise as possible!
When we arrived we were warmly greeted and checking in was very easy. I was given room 529 and I asked if it was a quiet room and the young girl said it was, she said it had been given to me as they'd read my request - this impressed me.
The room was lovely and quiet. It was on the 5th floor. It was also immaculately clean.
The staff are all so wonderful at this hotel. So friendly and all work as an excellent team and genuinely care about guests comfort.
Everyone smiles if you smile at them and say hello and wish you a lovely day.
We were warmly greeted for breakfast every morning and asked how we were. Each day you are found a table and only on one day was it very busy when we went in, most days it was quiet.
There is so much choice for breakfast foods. The cooked food is really good quality and so much choice. Back bacon, hash browns, two types of sausages - one with herbs, one without - tomatoes, the mushrooms were really gorgeous (cooked in a steamer), fried eggs, poached eggs, scrambled (not so nice IMO as not made from real eggs, but my son liked them!), you can also ask for boiled eggs - I had soft boiled one day and they were perfect, and omlettes - I didn't try them.
There are lots of different fruit juices and you can also make your own orange juice with a special squeezer and fresh oranges - delicious!
Cold meats, cheeses, soft cheese which I spread on a little croissant and it was delicious and my son loved the mini blueberry muffins.
Also cereals and you can make your own scotch pancakes with a special machine by the toasting machine! My son only found this on the last day and wished he'd found out about it a lot earlier!!
The staff work so hard to make breakfast time perfect - all so friendly and helpful.
A special mention for the coffee machine which I really loved and am missing so much now I'm home again. The coffee latte is delicious - not too strong or bitter, just lovely and milky.
I was impressed that you cannot go up in the lifts from the lobby without putting your room card onto the black tab in the lift, which means only guests can go in the lifts, meaning it is secure - that made me feel much safer.
I loved finding a card in my room when I arrived, from the hotel staff, wishing me a lovely stay and thanking me for staying there and there was the added lovely gift of a box of chocolates!
There is a room safe in the top of the wardrobe and it's free to use and fairly simple. That was great and again made me feel happier to leave valuables in the room.
It was great to also find a fridge in the room - it would have been even better to have a couple of bottles of water in there! We used it all week and it worked perfectly and made no noise at all, fantastic!
Some toiletries are in the bathroom - bubble bath and shampoo and a little bar of soap. We had to go out to buy shower gel but there is a Sainsburys local very close by which we used on the first night when returning to the hotel.
Nearby there are lots of different restaurants. I wouldn't recommend the Turkish one called Kibbele but we did find a wonderful sushi restaurant called Yoobi, which is in a little street to the left of the road where the Sainsburys local is, go nearly down to the bottom of this road, almost to Oxford Street and just two roads to the left, before Oxford Street is this wonderful restaurant - but it's closed on Sundays.
Checking out was again very simple and I asked for a taxi to take us to Victoria station and this came very quickly.
I would stay here again very happily, the rooms are kept immaculate, as is the whole hotel. Our beds were extremely comfortable and I'm saying this as a person who has a bad back - it's quite firm, so for me was perfect. I had no backache at all.
If you need a hotel in London I would heartily recommend you to stay here - you won't find anywhere else as perfect as this and for the price, I think it's fantastic.
