Cant complain at all, rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. Staff are kind and welcoming. There is a large selection of food available on the room service menu so for me staying for 15 days I had plenty to choose from. The buffet served on an evening and the breakfast on a Morning also had plenty of selection.
After visiting a few hotels in Riyadh it was refreshing to find a hotel like the Holiday Inn, I intend to stay here again.

The hotel location is great there are 2 buildings you canât be sure where will be your room. The hotel is very quiet as if no body else here. Breakfast is accepted. The chef is not great, some options taste little bit artificial/ ready made. I v got an upgrade to a great spacious suite. Hot water is not really hot to take a shower in Jan/ Feb winter. The staff are very welcoming.

Room and food ok. Good selection of fresh fruit for breakfast and a Nespresso machine. Staff courteous.
Reassuringly pretty much like any Holiday Inn anywhere in the world (or depressingly like etc, depending on your view).
Had been looking forward to trying the pool. But on arriving I found an immovable (ie bolted on) rope across the middle of the pool. I assume it was their way of trying to separate kids from the deeper water? But would have been pretty ineffective at achieving much. Very effective at stopping me swimming however. Plus a lot of pigeon poo around the area. So, I made my excuses......

Stayed there during the month of December. I like it there and this stay was my third one. Breakfast options are great, clean room overall, and staff is really nice and courteous.
The hotel has two buildings, and I stayed in the new one, which kind of good and bad. The good thing is that, it is newer and cleaner, the only bad thing about it and about my stay in general is the new paint they had. The rooms has VERY strong smell (hence my 4-starts review), at times I was getting headaches because of it. Had to live with that for 5 days the duration of my stay.

This hotel, located at Olaya Street in Saudi Arabia's capital, Riyadh, has seen its better days. When we first booked here two years ago, we were quite impressed with their facilities and service. However, during our recent stay here, I can safely say that both their service and facilities have deteriorated. The room given to us at first glance looked clean. If you look into the details, however, you would see that it has not been cleaned properly. The carpet contained some stains and dust were visible at the small bar on top of the refrigerator and in the other parts of the room including their main restaurant. The staff at the restaurant in the other building was rude and to top it all, we had trouble sleeping during our 2nd night there because of the loud music coming from one of the function rooms downstairs. The music went on until about 3 o'clock in the morning. My wife actually requested for a quiet room, they didn't give us one. The only saving grace of our recent weekend stay here was the high speed Internet and the delicious breakfast spread we had in their main restaurant. Hopefully they'll immediately address the issues I've mentioned here. Most probably, this would be the last time we would book this hotel.
