Nice hotel for business trips - rooms are clean, location is pretty good.
Breakfast variety is ok - but the team is working very slow ... they cannot manage more than 10 people eating in parallel.
overall - a good place to stay in.

It's already few times that I am here and today I had an amazing problem solving of Monika the blond girl from the reception. She managed to help me to find one lost item in the aeroport and I appreciate it so much!!! 10 points for you and for the hotel!

This is one of my favourite holidayinns in Europe. The location is somewhat remote and tricky to reach without a car, but that is also the pleasure of this hotel. Staff is always very polite and helpful. Always receive upgrades as an IHG platinum member. Restaurant has a wide menu. The rooms a very clean. Soundproofing is good. Please note that this is not a business but rather a family hotel. Been there 4 times, looking forward to return in 2018.

This Holiday Inn hotel gives you a feeling of tranquility as it is close to the nature: the forrest and the river and at the same time it is only 15 km south of Warsaw and therefore well accessible for all who want to enjoy peaceful surroundings and proximity of all Warsaw has to offer. The hotel is very well maintained. The apartment we had was spacious and clean with two bathrooms and a comfy bed. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. All do their best to make you feel welcome. The service and leisure facilities were all good. We were served a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant: a mixture of Polish and Thai food. Our only dissapointment was the selection of food for our breakfasts. After sharing a few emails we were reassured by the hotel reception there will be sufficient vegan options for us available as the restaurant team have been informed about our request. Sadly, nothing more than green salad, tomatoes, pickles and soya milk (on the request) was available. No humous, no soya products, no vegetable pastries or falafels. I am sure the Chef as a professional is aware vegan diet is not about green salad, tomatoes and pickles only. It does not take much effort to prepare some more vegetable dishes. Especially as our request was received by the hotel team well in advance.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and as a Platinum IHG Member I can gladly recommend this hotel to all who plan to visit Warsaw either for business or leisure.

The room in this hotel was large and clean and had a large bathroom. Breakfast is great and contains everything to start the day well. The hotel also contains a good looking spa and swimming pool, but I didnât use it. The staff in the hotel was helpful, however not that friendly.
