Monarch's disappearance put paid to a Holiday we had booked. Frantic search on the Internet, threw up this Gem of a Place. What a Find! We had a studio apartment and couldn't believe its size. The Cleanliness of The Apartments and Gardens was there for all to see. On arrival, on entering the Studio We were delighted. It's Decor, Layout and Size was a sight to see. Whoever did the Interior decor, deserves a Pat on the Back. Not sure how old the Apartments are or if they have had a recent makeover but they were beautiful. Fully equipped for cooking, if you so desire. White, China Plates, Bowls etc. The appliances available were great. Microwave, Coffee Machine, Juicer etc. Dining Table and Chairs, we wanted for Nothing. large Balcony, overlooking The Pool and We could see the Sea/Port from our Apartment, albeit just a Glimpse.
Apartments are set Back, one Row from The Pine Walk, very near The Ilya Dor Hotel, for those who know Puerto Pollensa. Area was nice and quiet, never disturbed by anything. Beautiful Walk along the Pine Walk to reach the Port and all the Restaurants. Took us about 15 mins, at a leisurely stroll, to get there. 15 minutes back and that Exercise once or twice a day makes One feel less Guilty as lots of extra calories are eaten in the varied restaurants in town!
Back to The Apartments. Think there are about 16 in total. Lovely pool area, again Spotlessly Clean. Plenty of Sunbeds and Parasols. Saying that, this was October and the Place wasn't fully Occupied. Lovely Pool but Blooming Freezing in October! Just a warning!
Lift or Stairs Up to the Higher Floors. Ring 9 on the Apartment phone and one gets straight through to the Bahia Hotel, who own these Apartments so Contact available 24/7 if You have any Queries.
I wish to say that the Groundsman/Gardener who we saw several times, was a very Friendly, Helpful Man. Sorry, didn't get His Name.
In Summary, The Pollensamar is Fantastic and We will return.

We had one of the larger apartments, with a separate double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. This suited our family perfectly, as the beds were used as sofas during the day and didn't need to be pulled out like conventional sofa beds. The kitchen area was perfectly adequate for our needs. The pool area is lovely and rarely busy. The apartments are one block back from the pine walk and an easy 10 minute stroll along the sea front to the main part of town, where there are tons of restaurants to choose from. We loved the location because it was just off the beaten track so nice and quiet, yet close to everything you need (including a lovely bakery just around the corner for morning pastries).
I was a little concerned, based on other reviewers comments, about the checking in process, as there is no reception desk here and people were saying we had to walk to the Hotel Bahia to collect keys. However this was not the case - our keys were in a key safe and we just needed to phone on arrival for the code. It was all very straightforward and the staff at Hotel Bahia were very helpful.
Overall the apartment was great value for money in a perfect location, ideal for our first visit to Port de Pollensa. Highly recommend and we will definately return.

This was our third stay at these superb apartments. Absolutely no complaints about the standard of accomodation or anything else ! As we were staying for over a fortnight we opted for a one bedroom apartment and we were lucky enough to get one on the top floor. The apartments and public areas are kept in immaculate condition by the hard working staff who never fail to say hello to you in passing. The small kitchen area is well equipped - loved the electric juice presser ! Lovely big walk in shower and very comfortable bed. Also plenty of storage space and the bonus of a free safe.

Fabulous apartments, clean, spacious and well equipped. Will definitely be back for another stay. The hotel staff were also brilliant at Hotel Bahia. There is a well equipped kitchenette, beds were comfy and the pool is a good size and immaculate.

We had such a lovely time in these apartments..just not long enough!
This was our first time in Puerto Pollensa and we were unsure of areas but these apartments are near the end of the pinewalk in a quiet street one back from the waters edge...perfect.
We had a slight blip on checking in but it was dealt with wonderfully by the staff at Hotel Bahia..customer satisfaction is king here!
We opted for an apartment even though there was just the two of us. Very comfortable bed and good blackout curtains and shutters. Nice handy little kitchen..great for breakfasts..i don't go on holiday to cook dinner lol. Lovely bathroom and great showers...gels/shampoos/towels provided.
Never a problem getting sunbeds..nice sized pool and a short stroll to the beach.
We will definately stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends. Great apartments!
