It's a very nice place and staff is so friendly. Hotel service is also good. In short it's a fantastic hotel. Restaurant is good full space and food is too good and tasty. Wish to visit this hotel again ðð

We stayed here last week during our visit to Udaipur. Nice location near Sukhadia Circle. The rooms and other facilities match best of standards. And the staff is quite hospitable. Had nice room on third floor, viewing Aravali range.
The food was excellent. The breakfast has good spread of items including some nice south Indian dishes.
I strongly recommend this to all my friends who visit Udaipur.

Great location near to Fateh sagr lake, really pleasant and clean rooms.
Excellent hospitality shown by staff. We reched early without prior notice but check in was ensured after few minutes wait. Our 2 day stay was good. Elegant rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was fine though it could be better. Everything was until a mistake by hotel due to which our first anniversary was almost ruined. But hotel provided some last minute arrangements for our anniversary and also offered us one day free stay as a compensation package accepting their mistake and saying sorry for infinite no. Of times. A special mention needed for Mr VIJAY who not only personally attended the issue but also returned the expense incurred on anniversary arrangements. Moreover a surprize was also planned for us by the hotel which was really pleasing. Such exceptional service is very much appreciable and I will definitely come to this hotel once again.

Thanks to Mr Vijay who made our stay at this hotel pleasant and amazing ultimately. The first day was good in Room no. 312 which does not have a good outside view though this is a boon in disguise as front facing rooms are having a little noise and light problem at night. The breakfast was fine though some improvement can be done. Then a mistake from the Hotel side spoiled our first marriage anniversary celebration as no arrangements were done despite telling for this in advance. The surprize that I had planned for my wife was ruined and when I inquired for this in Hotel , no satisfactory reason was given. Later they agreed to arrange for some quick arrangements. I was so angry with this unprofessional behaviour but controlled myself somehow. The night was ruined though some urgent and appreciable arrangements were done within 40 mins. But again despite this I was charged â¹1000/= for these arrangements and no compensation was given. I checked out from the hotel next morning for Mount Abu with a very bad impression for this hotel and decided not to come here again.
Then I got a message from Mr Vijay of Hotel Horizon , later also got a call from him. He was sorry for that night episode from the depth of his heart and promised us to return the â¹1000,charge taken for the decoration and requested us to accept a compensation in whatever way that suites me. Such k kind gesture just changed the opinion regarding the hotel. It was felt that they do care for their guests. Since I had to return to udaipur next day so that I can catch my train a day after. Mr Vijay offered us to stay again one night in his hotel totally free of cost as a compensatory package with breakfast included. Above all when we reached the Hotel horizon again at 9pm next day...we were given Room 305 with a good roadside view, and a surprize cake with lovely decoration with balloons, flowers etc were waiting for us. That night surprise was one of best surprize that We have ever received. Mr Vijay again said sorry for the last mistake but that was an absolutely a forgotten episode. My wife also felt very happy for this and she will also be writing a separate review for this hotel. I will definitely come again here , once again Thanks Mr Vijay. Udaipur Hospitality industry shines because of pepple like you of Udaipur.

I was on a solo trip and the hotel was really nice to have first given me an early check in and then a late check out!
The rooms were clean and spacious with everything available.
The staff was really nice, friendly and attentive! ^-^
