The best thing about this hotel was the view of the castle through the roof window ;-).Apart from that, the room was more or less clean, but not like the photos on the homepage.
Unfortunately, the check-in went on for a very long time, the employees don't know the booking system, give you the wrong room key etc... our friends all had the same theatre, although the rooms have already been paid for and debited by credit card. Trained staff would make the stay a lot more pleasant.

Really nice and charming hotel with friendly staff. Traditional decorations ( xmas tree in the hotelshop) - Two restaurants : One traditional with cosy terrace and one high gastronomical. Free parking ( partially covered) Citycentre at 7 min on foot. When the weather is lovely you can enjoy your breakfast outside. Surely a place to recommend!

Great hotel, nice rooms, well equipped, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, big terrasse, pool, parking not secured but very close. Quiet place, good bedding.Friendly personnel. Excellent location. Good choice really

ideal location to visit Alsace . Rooms OK but very small small shower on second floor.
Breakfast good . Parking in the street nearby. Restaurant nearby. Could use some renovation but we were happy with price-quality

If you're looking for a high end place to stay with all the amenities and modern decor keep on driving.
If you're looking for a good quiet place to stay this place is for you. The hotel is an old coach house, which was redone into a hotel with 51 rooms, The decor is a reminder of the age of the place but it is still very cozy and nice.
The bed, sink and other things are made of solid old wood and it gives the place old world charm. The upkeep and maintenance leaves to be desired but the place is clean and nice the breakfast is amazing and should be partaken in. :)
It also makes a good base for an Alsatian wine trail.
