Hotel is nice, location in good and staff is very cooperative.
Hotel rooms and front elevation is very good. Clean rooms and washroom is first requirement of any traveller...and this hotel fites in price and facilities.
Do visit this hotel.

This hotel is decent and in good location. Rooms are clean and linen were also clean.
This is not a luxury type of hotel, but it's budget hotel in 2000-2500 rs range.
Hotel doesn't have lift facility. Only ground + two floors so not required lift. Front elevation was really good.
Breakfast was good. Overall nice experience

This hotel is nice budget hotel with complimentry breakfast. There restaurent is at adjoining plot....and serves good and delicious food.
Rooms are cleaned and good.
Take superdeluxe room if you like to feel luxury.
Overall good experience.

Hotel front view is excellent. Rooms are specious and clean. Staff and manager id helpful and cooperative. Overall best stay in jaisalmer.
They have a camp property also named Ratnawali camps in Sam Area at an isolated place.
Love that camp.

I stayed here for two nights, 11th and 12th October, 2016. Thoroughly disappointed with their service, room decor and amenities. Dimly lit rooms. Bathrooms are ordinary. No restaurant in the hotel. Had to go out to eat every time.
12th night we stayed at the tent in the desert. However it was very disappointing. The tent which i had booked in advance for, wasn't the one where we were put up. Instead of Ratnawali Tents we were made to stay at Thar Tents. No prior intimation was made. This was a bad deal as the tents were ordinary, cold food, ordinary cultural evening and services deplorable. Not worth the 4000/- bucks we paid for one night. On top of this I received no receipt from the Hotel admin in Jaiselmer for payment till date.
Honestly I felt cheated and taken for a huge ride.
Definitely a thumbs down for Mr. Amit Jain and his team.
