Excellent golf and spa hotel with panoramic views. Great food and drinks with a lovely ambience. The golf course are superb and pretty tricky. Spa, gym and treatments are superb. Good quality luxury rooms in Spanish style.

We booked this hotel because it was holding a new year party. For only a few euros more the hotel gave us a room for the night. The party was excellent with party hats etc supplied just as we needed them and the traditional 12 Grapes handed out just before midnight.
On the down side we felt the food was a little below expectations with a few of the many dishes being rather an acquired taste (I refer to Liver Pate in Dark Chocolate for example).
The room was lovely and there was no noise to disturb our late sleep. Although we did not use the spar facilities they looked very good.

Hotel was nice if a little tired and spa was very good. Room 611 was nothing short of very strange. Smelt damp. Unusual water marks and circular puddles appeared around the room on floor, desk surface and bed sheets during stay. Didn't sleep a wink. Marks appear on command too and myself and partner watched them appear. Room went from freezing to roasting hot and back to cold without air con. Not saying any more than that but moved rooms for the second night and all was well in the second room.

Love the layout of this hotel. It's like a small village in its own right. Clean, comfortable with outstanding views and very polite and professional staff. I'd go back anytime. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

You'll need to love salt to eat here - because EVERYTHING has a ladle of salt in
While Menu looks really enticing it is clear that the chef does not taste test his food. The items we ordered could have been really good if they had not been obliterated with serious over salting. That and nobody likes their fillet steak cold.....
Best part of the meal was the selection of freshly baked bread and the wonderful Marques de Grinon olive oil from Toledo.
Nice resort if you like golf, just avoid the expensive (â¬100+ for two courses x 2 pers) 'salty' Gaia restaurant.
