We had booked two executive room with double bed for the stay. Both rooms were were good but one of them that offered was twin and not the king bed which was a disappointment. The bell boy of the hotel offered to join the two beds but that was not comfortable. All the facilities in the room were good expecting if one wishes to relish two or more cups of tea in 24 hour duration then you will have to pay for additional requirements.
I must mention that the breakfast buffet was not up to the mark. the room is small and it was over crowded during the peak season. The administration has to take care of this. The gentleman at the reception was welcoming.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed these during 26th January long weekend. Due the long weekend I ended up paying more for sure however this seemed to be quite a nice hotel at Police Bazar so went ahead and booked for our stay.
It's located at a very convenient and well connected place at Police Bazar.
The rooms are quite good - clean and tidy. The bathrooms are well maintained with all the modern amenities. If you expect a breath taking view, that wont be possible but the stay is comfortable.
What disappointed me and many other guests during that period was their complimentary breakfast. The timing was from 7:30am to 9:30am. We reached the restaurant for breakfast around 8:45am and everything was over. That was not all - the hotel people didnt re-fill the food. After continuous asking for re-filling the food by all the guests , they started re-filling the food after 9:40am or so. By then most of the guests left.
It was not at all expected not to have food during breakfast time. The spread was poorly managed. There was no cleaning / clearing of the tables so it was a complete mess.
Apart from the food scenario, the rest about the hotel is good. The front office staffs were warm and helpful.
Since we have paid a decent amount for the hotel, I believe the hotel failed to justify it. I have tried contacting Make My Trip through which I booked this hotel but in vain. It was MMT Assured hotel though.
You may get better option in the same price range and may find better service. So think before you invest your money here.

I checked in Hotel at 4 p.m., But the room was not ready and I was put on wait of 15 minutes or so.
Room was nice with good interior, very polite staff, hygienic and quality food.
You won't get any one on reception after 9 pm and before 7 am in the morning so plan your things accordingly.

Visited this hotel in Dec-17 for a night with family. This is located very near to main Police Bazaar market (5 min walking distance). Rooms are well maintained and equipped with all amenities. Quality as well as quantity of food is also good. Further, parking is also available which is the most important for visitors coming from outside cities. Recommended others.

The hotel is in the heart of the city that is in police bazaar famous local market here you can find anything.The rooms which we selected was Standard and Executive room.
Standard Room-It has twin beds but if you will request they will join then. Complementary services like water, dental kit, tea kit, hair dryer etc are provided. Room was good and large. Mini bar is also there. Bathroom was provided with hot & cold water supply, dual mirror was there. Size was ok not a problem.
Executive Room-The rooms are a bit larger compared to standard rooms also the bathroom is larger, rest services provided is same as in standard room.
The restaurant food was good and priced reasonably. The breakfast was complementary and it was nice. Each and every staff member of this hotel was cooperative and well behaving. Service provided was excellent.
Without AC you will start feeling cold as night gets darker.
If you wish you can find kfc, dominos, pizza hut, subway etc near to this hotel.
A recommended place for stay.
