this hotel is average class with tarif not compatible with quality of stay .location some what near to railway station.breakfast items not with variety of choices.cleanliness satisfactory in hotel.news provided but breakfast should be complimentary with this tarrif

Hotel Ambassador Indore is well located in south tukoganj nath Mandir road.It has good amenities,hot water,WiFi,AC rooms,TV & good room service.Neat & clean.Staff is good.Moderate rates.Value for money.Adjacent to hotel are vegetarian restaurants like Guru kripa & chotiwala.Thali includes most of the eatables.On either side of hotel about 1.5 km are 56 dukan & Sarafa bajar.60 km Ujjain shri Mahakal & 80 km shri Omkareshwar shrines

Indore. The cleanest city of India. I had started planning to visit this city since September 2017 and was looking for a hotel that would be close to Indore junction. Google search prompted several names and while going through the list, I noticed the name Hotel Ambassador.
I usually prefer to check reviews on TripAdvisor and goibibo. The very first thing I noticed was the number of positive reviews. This was enough to convince me to check the details and send the inquiry message. I received call from the hotel staff in few hours and they gave me complete details. I can't remember the name of the caller but he was certainly willing to provide whatever information I would need before reaching the city.
I also came to know that the hotel does help to get transporation to visit nearby tourist spots and local attractions. Another thing which I noticed was their willingness to allow me to go ahead with my choice of room (deluxe non-AC). In the past, I have observed that few hotels ofter try to convince the guests to consider rooms with higher tarrifs. However, my experience this hotel was very plesant. They completely supported my choice and upon my confirmation, immediately sent me an email confirming my reservation.
I reached Indore on January 7, 2018. The person at reception asked my name, confirmed reservation and immediately asked an attendant to show me my room. I was allotted room 201. I was in for a surprise when I entered the room. The room was spacious with a double bed, soffa, writing table, full size mirror and a cupboard. However, I wasn't expecting a balcony.
I have travelled a lot and never ever seen balcony in a hotel room. The presenence of balcony was something which took me by surpise and made me happy. The room also had two large windows with curtains. This provided ample light. Bathroom was also spacious and clean.
As the room was facing main road, it offered me an excellent view. I have viewed sunrise every day during my stay at Indore. For a solo traveller like me, this balcony was like my companion. I used to sit in balcony frequently and enjoyed the view.
About the facilities provided. Hot water is available 24 hours. Again, I have stayed in hotels where hot water is provided for limited hours which ofter turns out to be frustrating. As hot water was available all the time, it was possible for me to feel relaxed with a hot bath after coming back from local as well as outside travelling.
The room was in excellent condition. The bedsheets, pillows and bedsheets were top notch. The toiletries provided were also excellent. I was provided bottles of RO water whenver I requested.
I must mention the staff as well. Each and every staff member with whom I had interacted was helpful and ready to provide whatever information or thing I needed. As I mentioned at the beginning of the review, they does help with transport arrangement. I wanted to visit Mandu and Omkareshwar. They promptly arranged the cab. The same cab driver was also available to take me out for a ride within city. It was with his help, I was able to visit the famours Sarafa bazaar and cloth market.
The hotel also provide food in your rooms. You may order breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.
Overall, the 4 night stay at Hotel Ambassador was a pleasant experience. I loved Indore city and would like to come back again. This hotel is certainly my obvious choice and I am very much clear to not look for any other hotel. The hotel is located at Nath Mandir road, South Tukoganj and it is very close to Indore junction. The area is famous and any auto driver would bring you here with ease. Restaurants, pizza joints, medical shops and malls are in close proximity.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers, friends and relatives who are planning to visit Indore.

Had booked the hotel for 4 nights during Christmas. The room was spacious with attached balcony but the balcony was dirtied with pigeon poop as there was no pigeon net for the balcony. Would advise not to allow young children in the balcony. Was alloted a room on the 4th floor. The room however did not have the basic tea/coffee maker. The staff was very co-operative and helped in directions to the local landmarks too. The wifi in the room was very good.
The hotel is conveniently located near the MG road and Treasure Island mall. Accessing Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar is easy from the hotel. The hotel does not have any restaurant of its own but provides food very quickly. There are 2 good hotels very nearby the hotel for daily food. The hotel has open parking in front which can accommodate at the max 6 vehicles

No thrills, no fancies. A decent budget for family with neat and clean rooms and can be termed spacious.
The hotel has parking facility for cars. The room looks and décor is not quite what it looks on various sites, but do not have any high expectations from rooms. The bathroom was clean and neat. Take room with balcony and facing the main road. Offers good ventilation, just in case.
The hotel does not have restaurant but does have in-house menu. Food was tasty and quite good. The menu does not sport a very elaborate offerings, but quite good enough to satisfy your taste.
The front desk folks were helpful and friendly and so also the hotel staff who all are from same village in rajasthan. Good place for budget stay!
