I had stayed in this hotel on 19th & 20th December 2017. Hotel is very close to Railway station. Very nice and clean rooms. Great Hospitality. Very good staff. Nice garden to relax.
Overall... its a value for money and relaxation.

was there on 25/12 way back after having darshan at Vaishnodevi. even at 4.30PM while its snacks time, lunch was made available on request which was very kind of them. Rooms are pretty decent and clean. Hotel is also near to main market.
The restaurant menu has breakfast packages which actually has been discontinued. Would like the hotel to remove it off the menu so that customers dont get confused.
will recommend to visit the hotel for a great hospitality and leisure stay.

Rude staff. Rooms are moderate. Blankets are torn. Bedsheets are dirty. And mannerism of staff really bad. They don't know how to deal with guests. Did not have good experience here. They did not give much care about there guests.

We were here for 1 night only, but the hospitality they showed was so amazing that if ever in the same area we would stay in this same hotel.
They managed to get us special food for my mum who was on a fast
Otherwise rooms are clean and very comfortable

well i have been used this hotel last month but i felt heaven here. What a fantastic hotel management run by Mr Dharamvir Singh ji and there is no way to complaint.
Very promptness service in every field such as house keeping, F & B , Kitchen and front office. General manager is giving the best to this hotel. Rooms are very neat & clean no dust found there.
Food is just mouth watering very delicious and hygienic. I love my stay so much. They made my trip memorable. Thanks lot to all guys.
I wish all the best in future in same passion.
