Ok for a v low budget place

If I was paying 20-30 Euro per night, it's just about ok due to the location - v small room & bathroom (the sink was in my face when using the WC), slow internet, no lounge or any space to relax, slow wifi. The breakfast was so bad I skipped it and went to a cafe after the first morning (they didn't even bother with water to drink, the juice tasted like concentrate.. etc). If you're looking for a cheap no frills stay in the centre of town, that's what you'll get.
Great location

The location was absolutely amazing. Right next to the Rossio station and metro so it was super easy to get around the city. Next, the room was gigantic with the biggest, comfiest bed I had seen for a while! I think I was upgraded because I booked a standard double and I ended up in a huge, amazing room with a great view out the back of the hotel- Room 110. The tv was big and well-placed with plenty of English language channels for when I needed a bit of a break from sightseeing. The bathroom was also big and with all the little extras you need. And I think it must be sound proofed because I slept like a baby in the middle of a bustling city! The men on reception were all very nice and helpful despite being a bit surly! I am so glad I didn't heed all the negative reviews I read about the place!
Great location but that's about it

OK, so I shouldn't complain. The hotel is clean. It's in a great location (walking distance to 2 metro lines, the train station, and a billion restaurants). There's a supermarket next door which is very convient and the neighborhood is in the heart of Lisbon's historic center. It's quiet. The staff (while practically inexistant) is helpful. But the "superior" rooms were tiny. The bathroom is so small you can only fit 1 person in at a time. If you're on the street side, you'll need to bring an eye mask to block out the light from the street lamp because the shades don't close all the way. It's a nice hotel, but it's not a great one. Also don't bother with the breakfast--it's really not very good and you can get much better for less elsewhere.

This hotel is in a great central downtown location just around the corner from the train station.
I arrived several hours before check-in time and they let me leave my luggage in a room. Sure it's locked but they gave me a key to get in and I had access to everyone else's luggage in the room (and others who they gave the key to after me would've had access to my belongings). I was directed to go there on my own. No cameras. Keep your locks on your stuff if you do this.
They were friendly, spoke English, gave me helpful tips on places to see, trains/ trams to take, got me a well-priced and timely taxi for my departure.
The room was at the top floor with a slanted roof. I kept bumping my head. It was sufficient though.
Great location and awesome housekeeping

The hotel is in a very good location, 2 minutes away from the main shopping street but do note that it is easier to navigate from the Rossio intracity train station. If you take the Aerobus, you will have to cross the main road across the plaza to get to the hotel.
The room is decent enough for two. Bed is very comfortable. The best part is indeed the excellent housekeeping who offered prompt and meticulous housekeeping services.
They also serve complimentary breakfast which was a pleasant surprise for us. The supermarket is just a door away. :)
The lobby is unfortunately a little small and may be rather busy at certain times. We also wish that they could provide a kettle.
