The location of the hotel Anacapri could not be much better for exploring all the great sights in Granada including the cathedral and Alhambra. Because the hotel is right in the center, there are lots cafes and restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. There is a lift access to the rooms. Our standard room facing a narrow street was not huge but it was adequate for two for a few nights stay. Our room was not very quiet during the night so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a room facing the inner courtyard. The room was quite pleasantly decorated and clean and it had air conditioning, which we did not use. The wifi in our room worked well. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful although very busy, as the hotel seemed to be full. There is a pleasant looking covered inner courtyard with rattan furniture and nice big plants and it looked pleasant although we did not use it. We tried the buffet breakfast at the hotel on our first morning. It was typical for this type of hotel i.e. not very many items to choose from and the coffee was not great. We had our breakfast at the nearby cafes the following mornings. Anacapri is one of the better three star hotels we have stayed in and I think it is reasonably good value for money especially considering the location.

A good hostel the the front desk is really very helpful in providing all the tour information and good restaurant recommendation. The family room for 4 is just perfect. The complimentary breakfast is good too. The only issue I have is poor wifi connection.

This small hotel is very charming and well located. It is very well appointed and the staff is helpful. Breakfast items were minimal but adequate. The neighborhood has a small supermarket as well as a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was helpful with maps, ideas for arranging tours, and transportation.

2 mins walk to cathedral, markets and start of the 'walk up the hill' to the Alhambra.
Surrounded by bars and restaurants with lots of options, Spanish, Indian, Italian, Syrian .......
Staff were very helpful, especially Roberto, providing advice and assistance.
We walked everywhere.
Fav restaurants Puerta del Syria and Vidaxtra.

If you're looking for a simple and convenient (not necessarily the most salubrious) hotel in the Albayzin area, Anacapri will doubtless serve you well. Location very close to Plaza Nueva, Sacromonte & Alhambra as well as moorish back streets around Caldereria Nueva. Public parking at nearby SanAgustin car park. Easy access into and from the city centre. Lots of fabulous eaterie options. Helpful and friendly staff (very good english-speaking)
