1 For clean rooms
Toilets have broken seats leaking basins
Service is slower than a snail
Drunkards created a lot of nuisance not an apt place for family
Swimming pool water is not clean spotted a diaper in the baby pool
Would not recommend the place
Few people are made to enjoy near the pool and lawn area at the cost of others

We had been to this resort on a long weekend and it had been priced quite reasonably. Very huge and clean rooms.. clean swimming pool with an artificial water fall. Play area for kids. All rooms are swimming pool and lawn facing. Beautiful furniture for each room. Ample car parking. Courteous staff. We and an amazing time here. Food was good except for paneer lababdar and dal fry. Room service was quick. Owner Indrajit Bonde is very courteous and helpful.

We had to go for a Puja at Trambakeshwar Temple .
As we had to go early in the morning at 6 am we booked ourselves in this Lovely Resort with beautiful Lawns a swimming Pool and a waterfall .
The Rooms were quite huge , neat and clean .
One part of rooms had swings in front of them.
Food was really tasty with some exiquiste dishes made in the mud pot .

If you are stressed out and want to spend your entire day,this is the place to be.Marvelous food option.service and ambiance was perfect.Rooms was spacious and comfortable.Pricing was decent.Polite and warm staff,Safe and clean.

We had booked two rooms and the check in time was 12pm. We reached at 4.30pm still our rooms were not ready. The boy sitting at the reception said only one room will be made available as the other room has not been emptied by the previous guest. The one room that was available was also not cleaned and made up. We had to stand on their head to get the room cleaned and bathroom was horribly unhygienic. Floor of the room had food spilled all over. And as far as our other room booking was concerned, the manager said that we should go to some other hotel as we can not ask the previous guest to empty the room. It was sheer cheating with us, as our money was taken prior through make my trip for booking and we were not given our rooms
First time I have ever seen such unclean rooms and such unprofessional attitude and how can the manager ask us to go to some other hotel despite of having a booking done. We had also paid for it before hand
Would never recommend going to this pathetic place where they don't know how to treat their guests and give a hospitable service. I would kindly request Trip advisor to get this resort out of their booking list or else people will stop using their app.
