It was a nice restaurant, I went with my friends on an occasion and had some great fun.... Taste and quality also very satisfactory but little bit disappointed with their service but in all other things it was nice.

the hotel is located near bus stand and has a multi-cuisine restaurant. the tariff is rs.1600/ night for a double room. there is no assigned car parking. the service and cleanliness is not upto mark. through out the night honking of buses disturbs the sleep. not a place to stay with family

I didn't stay here; Had booked the hotel for 2 days via MMT. The staff had called me and confirmed my arrival a day before and even after confirming my stay and arrival they had allocated my room to someone else. We were made to wait for 2 hrs. no water offered as well. Being peak festival season there were no rooms available in Tirupati; Management tried their best but they couldn't arrange for our stay so they booked a place for us which was 10 kms outside the city... All I noticed was a bunch of teenagers who couldn't communicate in english or hindi... It was a disaster for me in middle of the night with no place to go... About the hotel it is located near everything and I heard they have good food.

If one is hygienic & cleanliness conscious, please avoid this hotel

We visited this hotel simply because; (1) on the website, the front elevation of this Hotel seems to be very catchy, (2) the Hotel Tariff shown on the website seems to be very competitive, (3) this hotel is located (very close to Pedda Gangagamma Temple Circle), exactly in mid way between the Tirupathi Bus Stand & the Railway Station, on a very busy road & (4) just for a night stay, we hesitated to spend Rs 2000 & odd.

But, the so called towel, they provided to us, was so shabby that, it was even unfit to wash our feet. The said towel, even never come close to some of the foot mats, which were seen in few Hotels. Bed sheet provided was already torn out at one side & even though, it was told that, it was a white bed sheet, it was almost looking like a black one. Never the less, having brought these deficiencies to the Hotel Management & in turn, even though they promised us to rectify these issues, they didn’t keep up their promise.

As early as, 7-30 in the morning, we were getting very cold water, for bathing. Age old sanitary fittings, raised our discomfort level & added salt to the injury.

Uncleaned, very small (name sake) wardrobe, broken glass teapoy, unsafe windows, etc, made us repent heavily for residing in this Hotel

So, dear friends, please don’t get mislead by the Professional Photos published on the website, by the Hotel Management authorities & therefore, it is personally felt that, those hotels, whose tariff is around Rs. 1500 in tirupathi, normally may be similar to this hotel only. Hence until & unless, ascertaining these aspects personally, from any genuine advisors, please avoid checking inn such hotels, to avoid nightmares.

Absolute nightmare , not suitable for families.

I choose this hotel since it is close to bus stand. The night I spent in the hotel there was an alcohol party at the reception desk where all the hotel staff including the reception manager were having drinks . One could only imagine the plight of the customers who had to hear the constant shouting and laughing of the hotel staff until 2:30 am. When I went to question this, I am told to mind my own business by the reception manager . Apart from this, the constant honking of RTC buses can heard clearly in the room all night. Hotel staff behavior is the worst I have seen anywhere.
