Stayed here as a part of bike expedition group. Rooms are very basic. The ground floor rooms are not so good whereas top floor rooms are good. Breakfast is pathetic. Location is decent. I guess the property can be much better maintained. Staff needs to be more friendly and professional.

Close to the Shanti Stupa. The owner of the Hotel Mr. Zuber is always on call to help guests with problems particularly with health since most face such problems initially at Leh.
The Hotel could do with providing Coffee kettles at the rooms, more cloth hangers..smal things which makes the stay more comfortable.

Very Good Hotel, We were given a standard room but looking at our family of four the hotel staff provided a very spacious room which was their Suite.
There were two beds and ample of space in the hall way to keep luggage etc. The hotel is at some height but at a walkable distance from Leh Market. Clear Mountain View and adjacent to Leh Palace.
They Serve Hot food - but do not expect a fantastic spread during lunch and dinner.
A very important point - Hotel will provide Hot water Bag but will not switch on the heaters and the reason for same- Oxygen Levels will decrease further.
The Hotel Staff is very cooperative and hospitality at its best.

We checked in this hotel as soon as we landed; all were very hungry. We were served hot and delicious breakfast. Service was good. Rooms were quite spacious.
Great views from the terrace. Good location, right behind Leh Palace.

We were 2 couples and so we booked the suite with two beds. The location was very comfortable. It led us to just an idle walk to any restaurant or leh market. We stayed whenever we halted at leh while traveling to nubra or pangong. Breakfast and other meal served was quite ordinary.
