Stayed here twice now. Both times had no issues. Found it great value for money. Booked through the hotel group direct on their website as they had an offer on (40% off). Bank card was pre charged a few days before check in, which wasn't made aware of and this was not shown in terms and conditions either. There are plenty of sun beds available and the pool was maintained the whole time we were there. Room was cleaned daily. Would stay again.

PROS
- Extremely clean and very comfortable mattress.
- The room was large with a lovely and comfy sofa.
- Air-con, many TV channels, a safe, kitchenware, etc. was excellent.
- We got a very cozy room, with a dining table, a couple of desks, etc.
- The bar offers beverages, food and even breakfast at a very affordable price!
- Very close to restaurants, local shops, beach, etc!
- Lovely swimming pool and garden.
CONS
- A bit noisy (people keep talking on the corridor late at night and nobody did anything; I know it's Ibiza... but hey, I was on holidays too!!)
- The pillow was too flat and a bit hard.
- Also the main lamp (entrance) in the room needed a bulb, we left a note but nobody changed it.
- There is no microwave or oven to cook, but facilities in the room were ok for a few days (there's a hob). Maybe they should provide a kitchen towel, as we had to use the bath and hand towels.
- Also it would be a good idea to get a mattress protector.
- They don't have a parking, you have to park on the street (sometimes not easy to find a place but there's a public parking a few minutes walking)
- I would like to mention I emailed the hotel a few days before arriving asking some questions and they never replied :(

The staff in this hotel are on another level of rude, unfair, and intimidating. On two separate occasions I was refused use of an iron and a hairdryer. We were stopped while entering the hotel at night time and questioned constantly by security in an aggressive manner. I paid 20⬠deposit for a spare key and was refused my money back when I came back to reception with both keys. Staff here are money grabbers. I've never felt so unsafe staying somewhere abroad. One night we came home(we had just left but we're coming back as my boyfriend forgot his phone- so they weren't expecting us back so quickly) and a male staff member was outside our room. This didn't occur until the end of our stay (THANK GOD) because I couldn't sleep at night. I felt vulnerable and also felt like staff were so aggressive. When myself and boyfriend tried to ask for management to complain staff pretended they didn't speak English. Would 100% NOT recommend this hotel. Awful awful awful.

title explains the hotel. staff were great with daily room management. wifi is FREE unlike some!!out of many i have stayed in the bed was great. it had a thick comfy mattress.perfect after a hard nite

Went on a lads holiday, July 2017. The hotel is BUDGET! you can deal with that, its cheap and for most me included its just a base. What you can't deal with is confrontational rude security staff. We had issues with them all day by the pool. That night we had our room burgled and the entire safe taken from the wardrobe (stuck in with a blob of silicon) passports, phones, money, all gone. The front of house staff just shrugged and the security just smirked. No Apology, no help all of a sudden know one speaks English... you get the picture. The whole thing reeks of an inside job. eventually the police came but could do nothing that night - spent the rest of the holiday getting police reports and emergency passports at the embassy. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
