Was in this hotel for 2 nights in Dec 2017. Had booked a suite after going thru their web-site and reviews on Trip Advisor. At the outset, let me make it clear that the information on Trip advisor is incomplete and factually incorrect.
1) The hotel DOES NOT have a Bar/Lounge. It also DOES NOT have a gym/fitness centre. Trip Advisor has listed both in the Amenities section.
2) This is a PURE VEGETARIAN hotel and does not serve even eggs for breakfast.
Having said this, let me congratulate the staff for a very warm and responsive attitude. The check-in was a breeze and we were allotted our room right away.
One little thing I must mention - the airport pick-up and drop facility is provided by the hotel - it is paid and costs Rs 250/- per trip. I used UBER and the taxi charged me only Rs 90/- for the trip. Why does the hotel charge so much? If they do not want people to use their service - don't provide it!
Our room on the 4th floor was a suite consisting of a bedroom and living room. The rooms are spacious and made well. The maintenance, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The upkeep of the hotel, in general, is shoddy and its obvious that there is no one responsible for this job.
The a/c has a central cooling unit - and the management had to be told by us to switch it on. Till then the bell-boys kept insisting that the units were, indeed, working!
The thing is, this is a decent hotel, but the management must think as to why, when all other hotels in Indore were packed, was their hotel empty? That is, of course, if they want to improve their occupancy!

Hotel Apna Palace is a great hotel to stay at Indore. It is situated close to airport-about 15 minutes drive. The food is awesome-especially the Thali. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a great time staying there for 3 nights.

Hotel is well located. We were here only for a night stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was cooperative. The buffet breakfast is something one should not miss. There is enough car parking.
Will recommend it for family or business travelers.

Very good service and restaurant was excellent with delicious food. Rooms are neat and spacious with centralised air conditioning. Front desk service was helpful in guidance. It's little long from busstand and railway station (4 km approximate) but this point can be ignored as the hotel is in very peaceful location

Apna Palace is a quiet hotel, slightly away from the crowded inner city. The room was spacious and the toilet was neat & clean. Bed quality was so-so. The A.C. worked well. Wifi also was good. Food quality was good. It gives you your money's worth. The check-out of 9 AM was not good as it interfered with our travel plans.
