Visited this place in September and stayed there for two nights. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Swimming pool was not up to the mark but late monsoon played a role in that. They provided free taxi to the yatra registration counter. Overall it was nice stay.

Very nice hotel with good clean room. Good heater, warm room. Very good food breakfast & dinner. Room service very nice. Some renovations work going on now so some discomfort at reception area. Wi fi very slow. Friendly staff

We took a family bedroom in the hotel and it was really big and well designed to accommodate 4 adults. The hotel provides free pick up and drop services to the nearly areas in Katra and even to the Helipad. It is strategically located and is very close to the local market and chawk. We had ordered Aloo parantha, sandwiches and poori bhaji for the breakfast and it was freshly cooked and really really tasty.. The property has open compound, swimming pool and a small garden area where you can relax under the sun and get some relief from the cold weather

Stayed for a day with my family in November end. The place was under renovation. Nevertheless the room they provided for my family was a huge room. The staff was very warm and polite.
The restaurant food was quiet good.
As there were not many pilgrimage as it was working day and off season too, the hotel was not quiet occupied and the service at its very best.
A certain place to reside if you have any plan to visit Vaishno devi.

They have excellent food. Service was also good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overall it was value for money. I will recommend this hotel to others and will be going there again. Perfect location and swimming pool is there too which is an add on if visiting in summers.
