Good hotel. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Even the chef came out to greet us. Rooms are clean as well as clean bathroom. Will recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Chemist right opposite hotel which helps a lot.

The hotel was awful. We were booked with a group of others for a wedding, and we'd sadly paid up in full beforehand so were forced to spend a week imprisoned there. We were all quite shocked at the state of the place. It claims to be 4 star but that is laughable. The rooms are filthy - scuffed walls, dirty floors, tattered old linen, and broken window shades that had not been cleaned in so long they'd gone from white to dark grey and smelt putrid.
In 8 days the shower barely worked - a great pity because wallowing in the dank hotel made us crave a decent shower more than anything. There was rarely any hot water and twice the water ran out completely. After we pointed out the problem they changed our room but the new room had the very same issue. There's an army of staff but they seem totally unable to fix this crumbling wreck of a place. And don't bother asking to speak to the useless manager.
India has some really good affordable places to stay, but this is not one of them.

We were very worried about choosing a good, clean and safe hotel (since we were two woman traveling alone) in Delhi after reading the horror-story reviews of most places in this budget. The reviews for this hotel seemed the most promising and we're very glad they turned out to be accurate.
The hotel location is within a relatively safe residential area with a few supermarkets/ stores close by. The hotel is not far away from the government centre, though I'm not sure how far away it is using public transport since we Ubered to and fro.
The hotel is a small, quaint business boutique-like hotel with a well designed hotel lobby, interesting artwork and even shoe polisher in the corner! The reception counter even has a small ledge to keep your handbags while you wait for your paperwork to be completed (as an architect you notice such things!)
The staff was polite and courteous, the service at breakfast was quick and efficient. We felt quite safe too. Breakfast was a decent selection of local and south Indian delicacies, some made to order and quite tasty. The only downside was that the breakfast was vegetation on all days except for the egg dishes. Would have liked a non vegetation continental selection.
The rooms were very clean and well appointed- TV with all channels, minibar, tea/coffee maker, all basic toiletries, hairdryer, comfortable beds, etc.
The hotel agreed to store our luggage as well after we checked out.
All in all, the hotel was pretty good for the price we paid and we were satisfied with the amenities and staff service. Will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Delhi.

This hotel had helpful staff and was very clean. Our family speaks Malayalam and there was a staff person who spoke Malayalam too. The breakfast that is included is more than enough to satisfy you as well. I believe it was Kishor Kaka who served us every morning at breakfast. He was very kind, friendly, and took such good care of us.
I do remember having problems connecting to the internet but the front desk staff tried to help with current codes. However, I believe it had more to do with the proximity of my room to their routers. In the lobby, the wifi worked very well. In the room, I had problems.
I apologize for not remembering all the details because we took our trip in February 2017 and I am finally giving this review in December 2017.
Over all, a very good hotel to use while visiting New Delhi. I would stay there again.

I stayed for 2 days. the staff is helpful and responsive. The location is outside the center of Delhi. Regarding cleanliness there are some improvements to be made. The hotel is located on a very busy road but i did not notice this once on my room.
