It's a new hotel without having minimum facilities. Staff were very rude and professional. Their service was very slow. One thing I can tell is rooms are good. Very spacious. I will not recommend to any one.

I think the rooms were outdated. Fans makes a heavy noise and ac was not good. Room is ok . Bathroom was also average. Taps getting leaked . And overall i can say its just ok. But its on main road and walkable distance to maddilapalem bus stand and cmr central

Nice budget hotel.
pros
1. location: opposite CMR Central Mall. Autos are easily available.
2. Budget Hotel: A business room (two types of rooms are available; Business and Royal) costs around Rs 1050 per day (incl taxes)
3. clean
4. Staff behaviour is good.
5. Breakfast is complimentary (only south indian food will be served).
6. 24 Hours check out service is available needs to be confirmed at the time of booking.
cons:
1. 4 to 5 km away from R K beach.
2. room service is not good. Though hotel staffs are very polite but they are very reluctant in providing basic amenities like water, cleaning of rooms etc. one has to ask several times to get the things done.
Overall experience :
Due to its 24 hrs check out service and reasonable room rates, this hotel is pocket friendly. They don't have inhouse restaurant but you can place your orders and get your lunch/ dinner at your room. overall its a good hotel if you can overlook some small issues.

Value for money hotel offering everything you need to stay for a night. We stayed just for a night as we were transiting to another place. Location is superb just opposite to CMR mall. Not many food options outside but one can go to CMR mall for food. The hotel is clean, has basement secured parking.

Very decent hotel, very good location, just opposite of CMR central (Mall)1 with good ambiance and good staff.
The breakfast was complimentary which was okay types. nothing to look forward for.
The overall stay is comfortable and well priced for this location.
