Room Service is excellent. All the staff members are supportive and kind as well. It is really a nice experience staying here. Quality of food is good. Miss Bhagyalaxmi in the restaurant staff is very nice. The way she treated us and served us is really worth praising

Toilets were unclean, rude and galavanting staff, over priced, over charging, only fake and pretentious photos and paid reviews. They find reasons to charge you extra, and you'll start regretting ever choosing it from the second you step foot in the hotel.

Terrible hotel, Very unclean, Dirty hallways and worst service, Smelly rooms, worst service..Stay away!!
Had a really bad experience..Never going to stay there again.Paid make my trip for 3 people and hotel still charged for an extra person even without providing an extra bed.

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night while travelling to Shillong via Guwahati. It's a pretty decent hotel with all necessary modern amenities. It's at Paltan Bazar and centrally located.
The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom is also very well maintained. Seems the hotel is going under renovation in some part however it didn't affect our stay! We had our dinner and complimentary breakfast and completely satisfied with the food and service.
The breakfast buffet was simple and good. Specially the service was extremely good. The staffs are cooperative and friendly taking care of hygiene and cleanliness everywhere.
I will highly recommend this place to stay.
