Excellent room, Excellent Food & Excellent Location ; However included breakfast was not that much good. Overall service OK if not excellent. This is located at approx 100 meter distance from the Fort Entry Gate.

Promises are not honoured.
Very bad experience, don't stay at this hotel if you have any other option. Simply they exploit customers. Customers satisfaction is far away from their motto.

We arrived during peak season and booked months in advance accordingly. When we arrived we were told they had not received our booking and that they were full. Despite our confirmation email from Expedia saying we did NOT need to reconfirm with the hotel, one small message saying âmessage hotelâ in the fine print meant our booking was not confirmed.
The manager took us on his moped to another hotel in a poor location and the worst rooms in the hotel and said we would have to pay the same amount as the rooms we had booked at Baba. Very disappointed we went back to Baba where they tried to find us alternative accommodation to no avail. We left and found a different hotel down the road for half the price.

Hi, last week we (6 people ) visited Oyo and we selected Oyo 9204 Hotel Anant Place. Best quality rooms were available thete in reasonable price around 1500 INR. They provide complimentary breakfast including buffet system.
In the end will prefer all family members to stay in this hotel.

We booked two rooms. on checking in found that there was stink in one room as walls and ceiling of the room was wet. As i was with family. it was health hazard to even spend night in that room. We requested front desk, but attitude of them was totally indifferent and they even did no acknowledge problem in room. i also called trip advisor company but to no avail. Ultimately we all four had to sleep in one room. both grown up children on floor. Can u imagine nightmare of booking hotel through trip advisor company?
Next morning they agreed to give alternate room.
But after paying rent for one room and not utilizing the same will trip advisor compensate us.
