If we consider about the stay only then it was an ok ok sort of. Room size are big. Amenities too are good but lacks maintenance where there is a continuous water leakage from AC duck. I was provided with room no. 302 initially whereby moment we enter washroom, there was huge leakage from AC. When I complained for the same, I was offered with connecting room next day to 303 but that too late evening. I informed at reception for change of room but the guy at reception didnt acted on the same and finally have to re-request whereby they showed a favour by arranging for change of room.
Nevertheless to say, rooms were pretty spacious and good. Background too was awesome and the hotel is very well connected to Station with just a km away from Raipur Junction.
Well after my stay of 3 days during check-out, I was shocked to learn extra billing of In room mini delights which I never consumed. On explaining to hotel staff, they state you have consumed and so we are billing. Matter was only of Rs.100/- where if the stay was for three nights paying a nice sum of money and then for in-room dining stuff and all, shelling out Rs.100/- is not a big deal but for the things which you have not consumed was pathetic.
Will never consider this kind of hotel again in life.

Centrally located in the city and easily approachable by cab. Great breakfast menu and proper amenities like gym. The gym also has good trainers that helped me train. Room was also spacious and food was also good.

I faced lots of problem at Babylon INN. Informed to their General Manager Mr Awadhesh, Mr Sankat & Ms Farzana duty Manager. These are as below : 1. I have been shifted from Room no 211 to Room no 405 due to hot water supply was not coming in the evening hours,. 2. I was given smoking room no 211 instead of non smoking and room was later ventilated with removal of ash tray, which was not correct and health hazard. 2. In the evening there was lots of noise disturbances due to DJ party and heavy sound. Their GM Mr Awadhesh said can't do anything for same and it's upto 12 o'clock midnight. This was continued till 12'O clock in night. I could not sleep. This was same in room no 405 as well. Basically hotel had promotion for DJ part with dinner which created disturbances to living guest. 3. In changed room no 405 safe was not working. Mr Sudip Panna, IT engineer came three times, changed battery as well, again fault occur with error code, he came again in night around 11 pm and corrected. 4. In room no 405 as well hot water was not coming in night inspite hot water tap was opened for 3 to 4 minutes, I took bath in night in very cold water. These all issues gave me lot of disturbances which I informed to hotel management and front office at time of leaving. Very sad and upset as this hotel was MMT approved but not the value of money paid. I paid high amount for substandard hotel. Very sad.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are good and big in size but lack basic amenities like dentle kit, shaving kit, TV channels were also limited. Food was also limited and not to the taste of a business traveller. Considering the Hotel charges even breakfast spread are very limited.

1) LOCATION -- Centre of the city. Transportation is easily available.Within a radius of 5 kms --Pandri Bus stand and Railway station are located.
2) STAFF - Very Cordial Staff - be it at the Reception , Room Service and the Dining area..They look into the minutest details of ensuring our comfortable stay at the Hotel.
3) ROOMS -- Are very big and interiors well done.Bathrooms are very clean and big.
4) FOOD -- EXCELLENT .Their spread of Breakfast buffet is xcellent and quality of food is too good.
I have been visiting this Hotel since 24th of December 2015 and am a regular visitor ( every month).They have not only maintained the quality of their services but are also now renovating them.
You stay once and mark my words , you will come back again and again -like I do.Best for families , elderly couples and professionals.
