This hotel clearly looks like all you dream for a Paris trip, elegant, luxurious, unique and so in style. but what makes the real difference from any other hotel is the amazing staff and their incredible service. it is not a secret that a lot of travelers find Paris to be not the friendliest city in the world, but this hotel makes you think it may be the opposite.
my advice is not miss the incredible bar at the lobby and its amazing gin collection.
by far this hotel is the best place i have stayed in Paris.
Shopping lovers should not even doubt about it, the hotel is located just steps away from Galleries Lafayette and Printemp .
A lovely stay

So this stay was a birthday treat for my partner. We checked in on Friday and departed on the following Monday.
From check-in you can see how beautiful the building is and that you are in somewhere special.
The concierge service were very polite, helpful and always good to talk to. Check in was easy, quick however not as full of information, for example not knowing where breakfast was.
The room was very beautiful, clean and had a turn down service around 5/6pm.
The food was beautiful, we had dinner on the Friday night, slightly expensive but well worth it.
Breakfast was a different affair and was a bit of a disappointment. The service was lacking and it took nearly 30 minutes for the food to come.
I complained at reception and to the manager at breakfast and the complaint was dealt with by reception very well. They took of the price of the breakfast and we had a free latte while waiting for our taxi to the airport. We received an apology from the reception and food & beverage manager. This shows they take complaints seriously and deal with them brilliantly.
I would stay here again and I would recommend the hotel to others, I would suggest to go for breakfast early and if you need anything donât hesitate to ask the staff as they will help in any way they can.
Lovely boutique hotel!

I was in Paris for a week for work (and my birthday) by myself and when I saw pictures of this property it was instantly something different and unique. Their service is truly 5*, every single staff member encountered was friendly and as helpful as humanly possible.
I never find hotel beds comfortable but this bed was wonderful and I woke up with no pain feeling great after walking 20 miles a day exploring the city. Rooms are small (I even paid extra to get a larger room but you have to expect this in Paris) and the WiFi was quite slow even though they said it was fast. That was the only downside! One odd thing about my room was in the shower there was no curtain and the small glass divider was barely wide enough as me, so I felt as though I was having to take super careful showers so as not to have the water go all over the bathroom. But maybe thatâs a European design? Not sure.
Location was phenomenal, close to the Metro, the Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette, it made my Paris âhomeâ in a wonderful spot.
The lobby is obviously the focal point of this hotel and it really is quite interesting. Drinks at the bar were handcrafted and delicious as well.
I am probably remembering her name wrong but Marianne (loves pastry and went to school in Puerto Rico!) was a shining star and delivered superb customer service and was always happy to see you and eager to help you with navigating the transit or figuring out what you should do next.
Thank you Banke!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (arrival 29th Jan - check out 2nd Feb 2018) and couldn't have been happier. Immediately on check-in they upgraded my room, so I ended up with a beautiful deluxe room that was spherical and right at the front of the hotel on the 5th floor. For details, this is why it was excellent:
+ Seamless hospitality - numerous times I was walking into the hotel the bellmen had already called the elevator down for me. I had asked for an umbrella at the main desk, by the time I had got to the main entrance they already had one waiting for me. More importantly, there was a bellman in particular, he is the only one I seen wearing glasses (the hotel thinks he was called Mafu / Mafude? *sp?) - he remembered my surname the entire time during my stay and always went out of his way to engage in conversation and make me feel welcome - an absolute credit to you! All staff were friendly, smiled and when you were near them their entire attention and eye contact was on you, not chatting to their colleagues which made you feel appreciated.
+ Minibar is fully stocked with lots of snacks and drinks (a PROPER minibar)
+ Freshly cut long stem red rose in your room when you check in and each time you order room service there is another little fresh red rose each time - great touch!
+ All the freebies - received a free bottle of wine and chocolate, a free voucher for a glass of Cava at the bar, a voucher for 20% off food in the restaurant, there are free sweets near reception, Nespresso machine with capsules, a little bottle of daily mineral water, turn-down service and a pillow chocolate is delivered before sleep each night (note - a lot of this was probably due to booking directly through the website and for a longer stay).
+ Located next to massive department stores Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, ideal for shopping.
+ Central location very handy and close to using the Metro (especially for business!)
+ Close enough taxi to Gare Du Nord for the Eurostar (I had a 10-minute drive or a 25 min walk) so no panic mode and saves you time.
+ Room service was efficient at times and food was tasty - average 15-25 mins, note this closes at 11.30pm.
+ Grand and tall reception area with a pleasant fragrance (they also light candles in the evening)
+ Comfortable bed and pillows, tall clean rooms and a Bluetooth speaker to connect your phone.
+Easy to order Uber picks up right outside.
TOP TIPS
+Use the red rose petals from check-in and room service you collect to scatter over a bubble bath!
+There is a Monop convenience shop literally 30 seconds away - stock up on snacks and soda's there for a much cheaper way to snack and drink in the evening / late night instead of relying on the minibar (as it is very costly).
+ Book directly via Banke Website for longer stays - I got a great discount for staying 4 nights in a row, it applies automatically, try it out!
I will definitely be staying at Banke again for my next trip to Paris.
An amazing Christmas stay

I stayed in bank hotel for 7 days during Christmas.
The hotel is located next to galleries Lafayette.
Upon our arrival, we had a room but it was too small for us and since we were staying for a long stay so it wasnât convenient. We upgraded our room with a 20 euros difference a day.
The staff are so professional and helpful. Melissa was a super star since she organized our day tours for 7 days. So as for the guest relation lady whom she helped us for restaurants recommendations.
The hotel is really clean and tidy. So as the room, it was cleaned very well on daily basis.
On the Christmas Eve, we had a small cake with a note from the general manager wishing us a Merry Christmas.
They provided us with a late checkout and we kept our luggage in the storage room until our departure.
In addition, they have the most professional bellman Ahmad who can make everything possible. What a gentleman!
Thank you all and Iâll always consider this hotel whenever I will visit Paris
