Booked two deluxe rooms on the way to Pune on the fabhotels website. Called the hotel staff after making the booking for dining available as we would reach the hotel post 10:30pm. The staff is courteous, they prepared the food for us in advance as the restaurant closed at 10:30 and served us the food in room post check in. Check in process was smooth. Food was good and moderately priced. Breakfast is great with a nice spread. Mini bar is also available.
Gave 4/5 stars because of the following reason:
One of the rooms I was staying in didn't have a kettle and a complimentary bottle of water. Even after reminding the staff again and again I was not provided with those items.
Hence, everything is good.

Location - at good location in Koregaon Park
Rooms - Clean, Hygienic, Ample lights with Minibar and Kitchen
Washroom - Clean along with hot water avaialble
Service - Staff is very polite and cordial
Food - It has restaurant and nearby also many options available

October 15, 2017 - We booked two rooms at FabHotel Magnus Star on Booking.com. We received booking confirmation. Our flight is on Dec 7th, 2017 Dubai - Pune
December 2, 2017 - Keshav from FabHotels emailed us requesting to confirm our hotel booking.
December 3, 2017 - Replied to Keshav's email TWICE CONFIRMING our booking.
December 3, 2017 - Received an email from Fabhotels stating that our booking is CANCELLED. No explanation provided.
December 3, 2017 - Wasted AED 150 on international calls to FabHotels only to get the worst possible customer experience on the planet. NOONE was helping. Finally, a female customer service rep told us that their rooms are under maintenance so they had to cancel our booking and they cannot offer any other room at their hotel because they are fully booked. FOUR DAYS AWAY FROM FLYING TO PUNE AND THEY CANCEL OUR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. Another customer service rep guy Ujjwal offered a cheap 3-star hotel alternative located 3 km away from Pune International Airport. We booked at a 4-star property at a prime location in Pune and they offer us this rubbish in return. How is this acceptable?
December 4, 2017 - With absolutely NO help from this horrible management, we had to book at another hotel and ended up paying TWICE the amount because it was a last-minute booking.
This hotel chain appears to be very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
If you plan on booking your stay in advance - it's better avoided and you might end up spending twice as much !

I stayed on 11.11.2017 to 12.11.2017 for 1 night. Rooms are very clean hats off to House Keeping Team. Also, Break-Fast is very super. Especially Double Egg Omelette. Big Boiled (Warm) Eggs. Pav Bhaji. Fruit cuts, fresh Water Melon Juice. Tea was Awesome still I can smell the aroma of Adrak (Ginger & Elaichi).
Rooms are very spacious & Clean.
Very Hot Water. AC is very powerful.
The bed is Extraordinary comfortable
Only I have one complaint regarding room is they don't provide bath mat because of which after shower all room get wet.
Room Tip book overlooking the entrance. Hotel located in the very peaceful area.

Stayed at this serviced apartment for a night with colleagues. Fantastic location for business travelers in the city center. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with basic amenities, including a small pantry. The rooms have a very premium feel to them, although the bathrooms are tiny and feel cramped.
A-la-carte dinner was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. It was strange to learn that they did not have ice - even when we said we were ready to pay for it.
However, the service certainly improved after we had a word with the manager. He promptly apologized and said it was due to shortage of staff on account of an event being organized at the hotel.
Breakfast had a very good spread and was nice.
Surely value-for-money!
