Great location in Surbiton town centre near shops, pubs and the railway station. It also has a happening little bar/club on the ground floor where a nice breakfast is served. Great value for money althought parking is a short walk away so drop off your luggage first.

Our bed in our room on the second floor of this hotel was literally vibrating with the noise from the club in the ground floor until 1am. And then we had the noise on the street of people from the club and the bar next door. Rooms are expensive but nothing special- comfortable, warm but with no real view of anything. Handy for the station but car parking is a 5 minute walk away - great if itâs raining!
I wouldnât go back there.

This is a very good small hotel , good service good food and good value , a two min walk from Surbiton station with great bus links also, our room was really nice, the staff were all helpful and attentive,

Stayed here a number of times and always been pleased with room and service. Breakfast always offers a great range of items for a continental buffet style offering and if even at the end of service they still happily top up.
Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Everything ok -except poor breakfast.

Rooms and bathroom were ok too......
In summer there is no air condition.
but I would stay there again and visit the local attractions.
