I booked this hotel online.Rooms are not like images.Not spacious,bed covers where stingy and stained.Too small to accommodate more than two person and no space to place extra bed!!!.Hotel staff are courteous in treating guests but still ot won't compensate the disappointment of this over priced rooms.Toilet flush not working,wash basin is in bed room and it was leaking as soon as you on the tap.We just stayed one night and just escaped from this terrible facility in early morning.Piligrims and travellers there are far better accomodation available near by for same or cheaper price.

u gys have ttreated us very well for long it was good costomised service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and u all took a good responsibilty and we generally felt homely in ur service was awsome we didnt get recisted or els rooms were hygine and cleaniness was taken gud care

stayed in this hotel for half a day and was quite ok. clean rooms with a restaurant on the ground floor.
reasonable pricing. close to the railway station and just behind the group theatres. little crowded around this place but good for overnight stay.

i have booked on 12-06-15,brundavann residency is very central to shops,cafes,restaurants,bustand and railway station. we stayed in ac room and found it be good value for money you spend on it. managers and staff regarding service is very good and helped us to find out site seeing with reasonable rates with travel agent and i am looking farward for next visit.

I was welcomed as guest with a smile. I got a room allotted swiftly. Rooms are spacious and are really clean. Wi-Fi is free. Great location. Manager helped out with a lot queries and helped pick a lot of stuff. Great place. Helpful staff. :)
