The Hotel is in a very good location, 1 block back from a fantastic beach, 10 mins from the main town, so a good base to get back to for a quieter evening, staff very helpful, lots of maps and info on local restaurants and things to see and do, rooms clean and tidy, really impressed !

Great location beach 5 mins walk away. Restaurants Bars 5 mins walk away and yet a lovely quiet hotel with swimming pool which was cleaned every day. Good restaurant on site to. Lovely clean rooms well kept Hotel

First day arriving the bar staff twice spoke to me in disgusting manner, actually snapping at me ?,when I tried to talk to them.
Spent all my time and money outside hotel because of this.
Reception (some ) seemed unhappy and unfriendly.
Room at front of hotel, noise was unbelievable, trams, buses driving past every 20 minutes, at night cars and motorbikes with noisy exhausts driving past until early hours am.
Hotel held wedding parties through weekend, people screaming and shouting till 4 am.
Cleaning staff very good and efficient at their job.
If you want nice peaceful holiday, stay away.

We stayed at the hotel during the Volvo Ocean Race weekend, so the hotel was quite full. I had requested a room with a view of the sea, and we got exactly what I had asked for, with the bonus of being on the top floor. The room had a nice balcony as well. The elevators ran quickly. We liked the shower, which was stall-style in the footprint of a tub. The hotel is about a block and a half from the beach, and 2 blocks from a tram stop, with the ride to the center of Alicante taking maybe 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their English was much better than my Spanish.. We bought the B&B package, and the breakfast was about average. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy walk of the hotel.

We stayed the first week in October b&b and I was very pleasantly surprised. It seemed we were the only Hotel there as we were surrounded by apartment blocks - but not too close!! We had a standard double room which was very clean and perfectly adequate, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The beach was a stones throw away and almost empty at that time of year although the temperatures were in the 20's. A supermarket was a short walk away for supplies if needed. The breakfast I thought was perfectly acceptable, and there was a good variety and you could have as much as you wanted. All in all excellent. the only down side was that as it was nearing the end of the season, most of the restaurants were closed in the evening, but we found a beach restaurant which served excellent food so no problem.
