The location was in the city center, very closed to business areas, shopping malls and Sudirman..
Very convenient for business traveler like myself. The room service food was delicious and fast. The service was excellent.. Great staff. Great Hotel.

The staff was welcoming since the minute I stepped in into this Hotel.. the check in process was fast, efficient. The room itself was delightful.. the interior was modern minimalist. Very clean indeed. Wifi was free. The Tv channels very complete. Breakfast so good and tasty!

I stayed here for 2 days and wished to stay even longer.. I checked in with the most amazing receptionist. I truly felt welcomed and happy staying here. The staff made sure I was well taken care of. Greeted me with big smile.. the room was also modern, clean and big. Mini bar, laundry, hair dryer and all the amenities were provided in the room. Free wifi as well. Very suitable for me who's doing work in the room. The room service was fast and tasty, especially the Oxtail soup. I had to request for a late check out. And they understood and didn't charge me with extra charge. Simply Great!

I was curious to stay in this Hotel because I tried Grand Cemara and it was an excellent stay. This Hotel's under the same management. The lobby was modern, the check in process was fast and efficient. The staff was warm as well.. The deluxe room was large, well equipped with refrigerator, hair dryer etc.. facing the main road. Keep up the good work! ð
