Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is not very new but well maintain and looks very clean except some pest issue (ants). The hotel is very conveniently located next to Ciputra Mall with many eateries, shops and a movie theater to spend our free time. Check-in was a breeze and we had our luggage sent to our room just as soon as we had arrived at door. However, the bathtub in the bathroom is not suitable for shower as the base is not flat, this made shower in standing position a balancing act not suitable for the fainthearted. Overall experience very good, will definitely visit again.

Nice upmarket hotel but not overly expensive. Good choice of food also has the added advantage of having access directly to the shopping mall next door. Pool bar is nice to relax by in the daytime or evening, Only downside is sometimes the hotel can be difficult to get to but that's Jakarta not the hotel's fault.

I booked an executive room and stayed on floor 16. The room was acceptable and clean with everything I required. The staff in the executive lounge were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Even after I checked out they still looked after me with food and drinks. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and still think the Ciputra is the best despite being dated.

Ciputra Hotel is in a great location. You have access to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is linked to the mall. It is also near the airport. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very grand very popular. You need to eat breakfast before 08:30, or it is very crowded.

Itâs good hotel but old .. the room furniture is old .. the bathroom is not good .. the lounge for executive room is very good .. the restaurant is very delicious .. overall .. I think I donât visit this hotel again .. my evaluation 7.2 from 10
