We had to stay one night in this hotel in January and while it was my first stay in this hotel I can guarantee it was my last one.
The bathroom is in horrible condition, mold everywhere. While I am always willing to take some things a bit easier, after all we are in Asia and not in Europe, I will not stay here again. After I saw the bathroom and started to see all the dirt and mold in every edge I really felt uncomfortable. Also the carpet in the room seemed to be very dirty, I made sure to wear some shoes all the time while in the room. I also checked my bed - which I usually never do - for dirt and others, but bed was clean, as well as the sheets.
So I did sleep there, but I was happy to leave again.
Only good thing is, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel. So if you need to bring some gifts home, or just want to spend some free time, you don't have to go far.
I suggest, choose a different hotel or be aware of the old and dirty condition it is in.
And if you have to stay here, better invest some extra money in an executive room, hopefully they are in better condition.

Back here for business trip. Have good improvement on food, more variety at breakfast.
Room still cold (no improvement from my last visit) even though aircon off. I try put towel at the bottom door gap but not help. Really need to fix this issue for people that don't like sleep on cold aircon

Allready stayed here 4 times every time with pleasure and happy to come back. The staff is great end all the remarks you have they handle them at once this time we had some problems with the AC. The rooms are good clean and my wife likes the bath tub. This time we also had a balcony with a view over Simpang lima. Breakfast has a choice for every one and varies every day. From the hotel you can directly walk into the mall. In the evening the restaurant is also a good place to enjoy your dinner.

First of all, the room is big and clean. No smell, I had a comfortable sleep, the breakfast choices are quite varied, the plus side for me is the big bath up.
Unfortunately their shower had malfunction and I was too tired to complaint.
I suggest you to ask your housekeeper/to the one whoâs responsible at reparation to fix them. (604)
Generally the service is okay, friendly staff.

The room is nice, am alergic to dust and hk already done it well but i think it comes from AC. the breakfast is soso but nice atmosphere. Near to mall and i love it. The staff is really helpful. I think it is a perfect hotel if you come for leisure and business together. Especially the location is also at the downtown.
