Enjoyed this hotel, which is located in a very old building but which has been modernized. Service-especially Emelia at the front desk could not do enough for us. They arranged massage, meal and tour reservations for us. Room was large, with a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. Bathroom was a nice size with a very modern shower. Breakfast was good, with fresh food prepared --both traditional and not. Location wise, the hotel is a 10 minute nice walk from the old city and is in a very safe area. Walked to/from the hotel at all hours. There is also a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. This was my first time in Romania and I loved Bucharest. I would return to this hotel. There are big named hotels nearby-novotel, raddision, etc., but this hotel seems to have more character and is very reasonable priced. Free and very fast internet was great as well.

Decoration, room space, cleanness, average breakfast. Just there was Only one bath towel, there was no hair towel. Bath towel should be bigger than current size, this size is not comfortable. I would recommend...

Very comfortable rooms. Separate living and bedrooms. Some of the suites have a small kitchen. Great for longer stays.
Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Restaurant on the roof top good both for breakfast and dinner.

Stayed for three nights.Very central.Old quarter of city starts just across the road which is full of restaurants.Rooms were exceptional.Ours were more like an appt with seperate lounge and bedroom.Good breakfast on top floor restaurant with good choices.Also restaurant was good for evening meal when we got back from Transylvania and were too tired to go out:Recommend a day trip to Transylvania which the hotel will arrange but itâs s long day and tiring

The rooms were absolutely fabulous. With these prices I would be staying in a single bed apartment in Paris. I love the way the retrofitting was done within the 1919 structure. It was a 10 minute walk to old town with endless food options.
Definitely a must place to stay in Bucharest!!!
