My husband and i stayed here in December ,thank goodness just one night.The room was like something out of the 1970s.One small radiator that couldn't possible heat the room especailly as the windows wouldnt close properly.We were freezing and if we knew the room wasn't going to get warmer over time we would of checked out and payment was asked for on arrival,wonder why?The hotel needs some serious money invested in updating the rooms and our room didnt look anything like what was advertised. We were told by receptionist we had one of the best rooms.The staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel was spotless clean to be fair.The shower was boken but could be still used even though it was inconvenient to use.I wouldn't book again for sure.

Small hotel, but staffed 24/7. In the center of the historic district - amazing location. AC could be stronger (we stayed here during the worst heat wave ever), but we would have chosen it, anyway, thanks to George, who takes care of everything you might need - from driving you to teaching Georgian history.

We were there from August 02 to August 06, 2017 for 4 nights. Hotel was so clean, comfortable rooms and quiet. friendly stuff, good bar man and a nice bar. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes to Freedom sq. On the other hand very close to another ancient and old buildings.Then if you stay there, you will have plenty of time for walking in old Tbilisi more and more. Just about 10 to 15 minutes to Meidan Sq. then in 20 minutes you can see all Old Tbilisi. It can be one the best choice in Tbilisi.

This is a very small hotel with around 20+ rooms but a wonderful terrace give you a great view and good place to laze around in the evening.. The location of the hotel is best feature, very close to Freedom square and Narikali area is just 10 mins walk away. The room was decently sized with no frills but always clean and well maintained. The frontdesk staff are very polite and speak good English. Their breakfast is very basic. From the terrance we can have good view of the hill as well as the old town. Great value for money

This is a very small hotel with few rooms, no pool, no bathtub, but a nice terrace. The location of the hotel is very nice. Very close to Freedom square and you can reach Narikali area by walk.
The room was decently sized with no frills. It was clean and well maintained. The hotel staffs are very polite and the front desk staffs speak good English. Their breakfast can improve a lot; thats an area they have to think again.
The best part is their small terrace - it has nice view of the hill and the old town. Its very relaxing and since you need reach it by climbing stairs - its less crowded.
Overall, its a value for money deal.
