We went to this hotel last month.
The room given was quite spacious but after repeated requests only, they cleaned the bed which contained dust.
Also, we had complimentary breakfast as part of our package. On some days, they took a long time (almost an hour) to prepare the breakfast and on some days, they could not prepare it at all.
The restaurant was expensive and be prepared to wait for an hour or more after ordering for the food to be served.

Good, clean, well maintained hotel.
It is the centre of the market / commercial area, in a quiet lane, with good travel options available for sight seeing and lots of eateries around.
The in-house food is also good and reasonably priced.

It was not that great staying there. Rooms were cosy and not maintained properly. Bathrooms were not clean too. Food quality was not good,as it's better to order the food from outside only. Their charges are okay but quality is compromised.

I checked in because of my friends recommendation, regretted the very moment.
1. Poorly maintained property.
2. Geyser was out of service.
3. No swiping machine.
4. Prices also on the higher Side.
Overall a very poor experience.

We went to Agartala for a family function. We were unable to stay at the place (due to some issues) that was pre - booked for us and this place came to us as the Savior. We were around 23 people and were having a very bad time searching for hotels in the 12th hour. City Centre provided us 12 rooms (with all necessary adjustment in their part). The location of this place is very good, it is within the market area and a couple of food joints and a mini mall is in walking distance.
